Bei unserer Delphi Highlights Kleingruppentour verbringen Sie einen Tag damit, eine der berühmtesten archäologischen Stätten der Welt zu erkunden. Die Abholung und Rückgabe von Ihrem Hotel oder Apartment wird für Sie sehr einfach sein, da es in unserem Service inbegriffen ist. Sie werden die Fahrt durch Zentralgriechenland genießen, um mit dem Rest der Teilnehmer zu sozialisieren, da es maximal 15 Personen in dieser Gruppe sein wird. Sie werden alle langen Schlangen vermeiden, da sich kleine Gruppentouren schnell und ohne Wartezeit bewegen. Abholung von Ihrem Hotel am frühen Morgen und Treffen mit den übrigen Teilnehmern der Kleingruppentour. Fahren Sie durch die fruchtbare Ebene von Beotia, durchqueren Sie die Städte Theben – verbunden mit der Tragödie von König Ödipus – und die Stadt Levadia und genießen Sie eine Rast. Sie erreichen die antike archäologische Stätte Delphi – in der Antike als Nabel der Welt bekannt – den „Omphalos“, dessen Ansehen weit über die Grenzen der hellenischen Welt hinausreichte. Sie treffen Ihren offiziellen Reiseleiter und Ihre Tour beginnt. Fahren Sie an der Quelle von Kastalien vorbei, besuchen Sie die archäologische Stätte und sehen Sie das Monument der argivischen Könige, die Schatzkammer der Athener, die Athener Stoa, die Polygonale Mauer, das Monument von Platea und den Apollontempel, der für sein Orakel berühmt ist.
Sie besuchen das Delphi-Museum mit spektakulären Ausstellungsstücken wie dem Fries der Schatzkammer der Sifnier, der Naxianischen Sphinx, der Statue des Antinoos, dem berühmten bronzenen Wagenlenker und vielen anderen Artefakten.
Kurzer Halt bei „Die Tholos von Delphi“ gehört zu den antiken Bauten des Heiligtums der Athena Pronaia in Delphi. Der runde Tempel, eine „Tholos“, steht direkt am selben Standort wie andere antike Fundamente des Tempels der Athena Pronaia, die alle weniger als eine Meile östlich der Hauptruinen von Delphi liegen. Die „Tholos“ ist Teil des UNESCO-Welterbes Delphi.
Nach Abschluss Ihrer Führung werden Sie zum Mittagessen (auf eigene Kosten) in das moderne Dorf Delphi gebracht und haben Zeit für einen Spaziergang durch die Gassen
Wenn Sie Delphi hinter sich lassen, kehren Sie über das malerische traditionelle Bergdorf Arachova (kurzer Halt für 20'), das an den Südhängen des Parnassus erbaut wurde, nach Athen zurück. Diese Tour kehrt am späten Nachmittag nach Athen zurück und bringt Sie zu Ihrem Hotel.

Great tour guide and driver. The bus was comfortable and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. The restaurant was delicious.
If you go into this imagining a school field trip experience, you won't be disappointed. The tour starts as a minibus of 15 people, joins with another group of 15 at the museum and site, spends more time waiting and talking in the museum than at the site, then back to the minibus for an "optional" lunch with the whole minibus group eating together (at your own expense). Meaning, the whole day is at the slowest person's pace, giving you less time than you want. Overall, the tour operators do their best to make this work and they are super friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding, but, like any group project, the best of the experience is in the hands of the worst participants. (In hindsight for my own experience, booking a private tour would have been worth the higher price.)

Lots of time in the van but a great tour at Delphi. Tour guide was excellent. The museum at Delphi was great. There was a fair amount of uphill walking at the site

Theo Tragadis’ private tour for us to see Sounio and the Temple of Poseidon was absolutely great. We have been fortunate to go on quite a few private tours, but our trip with Theo was among the very best guides that we have come across. His dinner recommendation to go to the Four Brothers after we visited the temple at sunset made the experience all the better. We would not have known about that exceptional family multi generational restaurant without his very insightful recommendation. (It was also one of the best meals that we had during our trip to Greece this time.) Thank you very much!

The bus and tour was perfect. Good guide telling interesting story’s about the gods on the way to Delphi! The museum walk wass great but we had just 40 minutes to see the sight so we had to run up to see everything. If there was only 15 minutes more time it would be great. I think traffic and waiting on people that were not paying attention was the reason because they were slow and went to the museum without us so we had to look for them, precious time wasted. I loved the museum but wish we had more time at the temples. Everything was perfect also lunch after wass soooo delicious!! Also small stop at arachova but it wass raining
