Tagesausflug: Kaffeetour und Materuni-Wasserfälle

Sie verlassen Ihr Hotel am Morgen und machen sich auf den Weg zum Dorf Materuni. Während Ihres Aufenthalts im Dorf können Sie das Leben des Chagga-Volkes erkunden und an einer Kaffeetour teilnehmen, um zu sehen, wie die Einheimischen Kaffee anbauen und kochen. Nach der Kaffeetour begeben Sie sich zu den Wasserfällen, wo Sie Ihr Lunchpaket einnehmen und den Rest des Nachmittags verbringen. Anschließend werden Sie zurück zu Ihrem Hotel in Moshi gebracht.

Awesome experience! Innocent was early and ready when he picked us up, very knowledgeable of his country, very clean vehicle. It was a very rainy day therefore muddy and couldn’t get a view of Mount Kilimanjaro but we made the best of it surrounded by nature and very kind people, the coffee making was so fun too and the most delicious coffee I’ve had!

This was a wonderful day trip to see the waterfall. Our guide Elias was knowledgeable about the area and took good care of us. The visit to the coffee plantation was amazing. We made coffee from scratch and drank it, followed by a very nice local meal.Make sure to give the singing coffee boys a tip, which we unfortunately forgot.

Coffee tour was nice experience. class of coffee was very knowledge. we learn different types of coffee Arabica and robusta we learn robusta contain high caffeine and Arabica less caffein. we much appreciated this activity. This trip was a trip of learning more about coffee and history about coffee. Also Hiking to the waterfalls was so Amazing. we test local beer they call mbagge was so good we recommend this tour for those who stay Arusha and Moshi.

Incredible tour! I recommend to all who plan to climbing Kilimanjaro this place is nice to visit before to climb mt. Kilimanjaro. we learn a lot of things how to make cup of coffee in a local way. this tour was Good to as and i like to recommend for every one who Plan visit Kilimanjaro area.

Great way to spend a pre-work week for a solo traveler (or a group), with an adventure waterfall hike and coffee making tour after. Innocent picked me up from my Moshi hotel and we had a lovely day together. He was knowledgeable and easy to be around. The waterfall hike was muddy! If there has been any rain I strongly suggest hiking boots versus sneakers. Innocent made sure I made it safely there and back. The coffee experience was a highlight. I strongly suggest using this guide for a wonderful day trip!
