Die Tradition der Jagd mit dem Steinadler wird seit Tausenden von Jahren von zentralasiatischen Nomaden, Kasachen und Kirgisen praktiziert. Im Jahr 2008 wurde diese einzigartige Tradition des Fangens, Trainings und der Jagd in die Liste des UNESCO-Weltkulturerbes aufgenommen. Und jetzt ist es Ihre Gelegenheit, sich einer kasachischen Adlerjägerfamilie anzuschließen und mit ihnen im Hochaltai-Gebirge zu leben.

Had the most incredible time living with the Kazakh family in western Mongolia, and the opportunity to hunt with the golden eagles is too good to miss out on. Cannot recommend enough this adventure. The Mongolian landscapes can never cease to amaze you, especially when caked in ice and snow. Everyone we came across was incredibly helpful and kind, we had the most amazing time.
