Am frühen Morgen holen wir Sie von Ihrer Unterkunft ab und fahren in den Osten von Ulaanbaatar, um die Chinggis Khaan Reiterstatue (Tsonjin Boldog Complex) zu besuchen. Die Statue gilt als die größte Reiterstatue der Welt, die Stätte wird mit historischen Ereignissen in Verbindung gebracht, wo Chinggis Khaan eine goldene Peitsche fand. Nach dem Mittagessen fahren Sie zum Nationalpark Terelj und unternehmen eine einstündige Reittour im Tereljer NP-Tal mit den interessanten Felsformationen von. Neben Turtle Rock fangen Sie Eagle auf Ihrer Schulter. Danach wandern Sie zum Ariyabal Tempel. Der Tempel liegt am Hang des Berges und ist ein toller Ort für eine kurze Wanderung. Tereljs geographisch einzigartige Form entstand durch den Einfluss von Wasser und Wind über Millionen von Jahren. Daher können Sie schöne landschaftliche Fotos machen. Nach der ganztägigen Reise bringen wir Sie zu Ihrer UB-Unterkunft oder zum Flughafen.

Wir reisen zum nächstgelegenen und bekanntesten Touristenziel nach Ulaanbaatar, zum Gorkhi-Terelj-Nationalpark und zur Dschingis Khan-Reiterstatue (Tsonjin-Boldog-Komplex), einer 40 Meter hohen Statue, die als die größte Reiterstatue der Welt gilt. Sie erfahren mehr über das Große Mongolische Reich sowie die Geschichte der Mongolen im Herzen Asiens und ihre Eroberung der ganzen Welt.
Sie sehen die Natur der südwestlichen Region des Khenti Nuruu-Gebirges, das das Ende der sibirischen Taiga darstellt. Die Naturkulisse und die frische Luft in diesem bergigen Waldgebiet mit einzigartigen Felsformationen sind außergewöhnlich. Sie werden Reiten erleben, das eine wesentliche Rolle im mongolischen nomadischen Lebensstil spielte.
Abgesehen von seiner Natur ist der Aryabal-Tempel einer der schönsten Orte im Gorchi-Terelj-Nationalpark. Der Tempel befindet sich in der Nähe des Turtle Rock, 56 km von der Stadt Ulaanbaatar entfernt. Die umliegenden Gebiete sind voller Granitformationen, eingebettet in malerische Täler und Hügel mit einem gewundenen Fluss und Baumhainen. Der Gott Aryabal ist ein buddhistischer Gott, der alle Gebete der Menschheit erhört und hilft, die Menschheit vom Leiden zu befreien. Der Tempel wurde in Form eines Elefantenkopfes erbaut. Die Treppe zum Tempel besteht aus 108 Stufen, was im Buddhismus eine glückverheißende Zahl ist. Sie symbolisiert auch den verlängerten Rüssel des Elefanten. Außerdem säumen Schilder mit 144 buddhistischen Lehren in Englisch und Mongolisch die Seiten des Weges zum Tempel.

We had a great day - our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a great introduction to Mongolia and Mongolian history. She made sure we got to the Chinggis Khaan statue just as it opened and guided us straight up to the top so we could get photos before the other tourists arrived. Horse riding was also a highlight. The tour was a great way to start our Mongolia trip.

We booked a last minute private tour (2 days before) and everything turned out perfect and seamless! We reached out to Meet Mongolia via WhatsApp, and they were incredibly helpful and prompt in their responses. My husband and I wanted to modify the tour on their website -- and they were more than happy and accommodating to change things specifically towards our wants. The day of the tour, our guide promptly picked us up on the dot in our hotel lobby, where we then jumped into a comfortable SUV with driver. On the way out to the sights, we stopped along the way to pick up any food/snacks we wanted from a large Carrefour supermarket. Our guide also bought us plenty of water for our day trip there as well. From there, we stopped at the Chinggis Khaan Statue/museum, visited Turtle Rock, held an eagle, and visited the Monastery, before heading back to our hotel in the city. Overall, we had a fantastic time, seeing everything we wanted to see on our tour. Our guide (I can't remember his name) was amazing. His English was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time with him. He was incredibly informative, but we also really liked how he gave us authentic and honest descriptions of places/history without it feeling too touristy. We would definitely recommend this tour to other travelers, and would reach out again if we ever return to Mongolia!

This was a wonderful and comprehensive tour with a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wanted to see some of Terelj. I was very impressed that they gave helmets to the group when we rode horses, as many places do not do that.

Miigaa was so lovely, and gave me such a good insight to Mongolian culture! The tour itself was fantastic. Coming in winter was a risk (the Mongolian cold is no joke!) but Miigaa really looked after me! The tour felt very personalised, and it was nice to be able to do the tour at my own pace! The attractions themselves were fantastic, I loved the monastery the most, and although a little bit of a walk, the views were absolutely spectacular.
