Cu-Chi-Tunnel, auch Eisenland genannt, sind ein riesiges System von unterirdischen Tunneln, die sich über 250 km erstrecken. Wir verlassen Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt gegen 08:00 Uhr Ankunft Cu Chi Tunnel Nach 02 Stunden Fahrt durch die Schönheitslandschaft des Landes sehen wir uns ein kurzes Einführungsvideo an, das zeigt, wie Cu Chi Tunnel vor dem Betreten gebaut wurden, und verbringen dann die nächste Stunde damit, das Labyrinth der Tunnel zu erkunden. Wir fahren zurück nach Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt und kommen gegen 13:00 Uhr an.

I would recommend this tour to anybody interested in visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels. I was picked up on time at my hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, along with the other people who had booked the tour. We were in a clean, air conditioned minivan which was comfortable. We were shown a lacquer art factory which provides employment to people who have physical limitations. We were then taken to a firing range where we got the opportunity to fire an AK47 assault rifle, before going to the tunnels. We were lead around the various tunnels which were used by the Vietnamese soldiers during the war and got to crawl through each one, to get an idea of what they had to endure. We got to sample some boiled tapioca and buy a cool drink since we were sweating after going through the tunnels, then we were shown the various traps which were used against the enemy soldiers. On our way back to HCMC we stopped at a nice open air restaurant for lunch which had Pho and Spring Rolls on the menu. Our tour guide Tommy was a lovely guy, well organised and informative. He sent a WhatsApp message the day before suggesting that we pack an umbrella, insect repellant and suitable clothing for crawling through the tunnels. The tour was valued for money, but not rushed.
We had a fantastic half-day tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels with Peter. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very well organized. Peter explained the history of the tunnels clearly and made the visit both informative and enjoyable. Everything was arranged smoothly, and the tour was stress-free from start to finish. The Cu Chi Tunnels were one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. Highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for a great guide and an unforgettable experience.

The Cu Chi Tunnels were really interesting and amazing, how they had to live and hide was tragic. We saw traps they recycled from the U.S. We also got to shoot an AK47, one of the automatic rifles they used. Learning about all the hardships and loss of lives was a very emotional experience.

Best travel with Anna as trip guide was amazing. I am a first time traveller to Vietname, I don't speak vietnamese and I barely use Grab app or any other apps. But upon contacting Best Travel- Anna responded within 24 hours. She was helpful and honest with the accommodations that her company provided. She didn't pressure me when I needed 1 week to decide. Once booked I had 2 months before my trip, she kept me updated on any changes to my itinerary. When I had to alter my schedule due to flight problems- Anna was more than helpful with suggesting alternatives and working around the flight problems. Do yourself a favor and experience vietname firsthand with a great schedule maker, someone who listens and always makes arrangements with taxi, airfare for you. I feel guilty because even during her days off and once when she was sick she still made time to check up on me. She made this trip about me and she really cared about my experience. Best Price travels will hire 3rd party guides who will accompany you on the tours. They are freelancers and they are evaluated separately. But most of them are fluent in English and very knowledgeable about their subject matter. Also word of advice exchange money early and at reputable establishments Street vendors do not offer exchange rates, if you pay by card their is a bank surcharge. Outside city limits they dont have credit card readers and only accept paper currency.
