Alle Ihre Ausrüstung und Vorräte werden von Gepäckträgern getragen und ein Koch bereitet alle Ihre Mahlzeiten zu. Anders als auf der Marangu Route, wo Sie in Hütten übernachten, übernachten Sie auf der Machame in Zelten (Zelte sind inbegriffen) und die Träger schlagen Ihr Zelt für Sie auf. Die Mahlzeiten werden im Zelt oder auf einer Decke im Freien serviert. Dies macht die Machame, die als "Whisky Route" bezeichnet wird, besser für abenteuerlustige Wanderer geeignet und belohnt Sie auch mit besseren Aussichten als andere Routen. Von den Sonnenuntergängen am späten Nachmittag in Shira bis zu den nebligen Enthüllungen von Kibos großer Barranco-Mauer bietet die Machame-Route dem versierten Wanderer eine fortlaufende szenische Diashow.

I had such a positive experience on our Kilimanjaro trip. The boys went above and beyond to make everything as comfortable as possible, and the attention to detail was honestly spot on. They were friendly, professional and incredibly attentive throughout the whole trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better team!! Highly recommend!
From the very beginning there no doubt Zara tours are extremely professional and kind people. We were treated far better than what we hoped for!! The first 4 days a walk were very easy while the 5th day was incredibly difficult!

Fantastic experience. The first 4 days were magnificent, but the journey from base camp to top was extremely difficult. Recommended if you want an experience beyond the usual.

The experience with Zara Tours has been excellent. We have felt great support from the beginning and you feel part of a team. Very good experience and very good team. John has a lot of experience and knowledfe toshare and walking with Justin was very enjoyable and fun. The porters and cook team were also great and they make a big effort on the whole process. Couldn't have done it without them!
