Nachdem Sie von Ihrem gewählten Treffpunkt abgeholt wurden, fahren Sie mit unseren Fahrzeugen (Jeep oder Van) zum Ätna, um die Tour zu beginnen. Erfahren Sie alles über den Ätna, probieren Sie die lokalen Produkte des Zafferana Etnea und bewundern Sie den Sonnenuntergang über einer einzigartigen Landschaft während einer halbtägigen Führung. Fahren Sie auf Straßen, die von atemberaubenden Ausblicken auf die verschiedenen ruhenden Krater eingerahmt sind. Bewundern Sie das wunderschöne Valle del Bove und besuchen Sie ein Gebiet mit uralten explosiven Aktivitäten wie die Hornitos oder eine Lavaflusshöhle (Taschenlampe und Helm). Sie kommen auf 2000 Metern an, wo Sie eine atemberaubende Aussicht und einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang bewundern werden.

Das Valle del Bove ist ein großes Becken auf der östlichen Seite des vulkanischen Gebäudes des Ätna, im Schutzgebiet des Ätna-Parks, auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Zafferana Etnea (CT)
Das Hotel liegt auf 1.910 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel auf der südlichen Seite des Ätna, in der Gemeinde Nicolosi (CT).

Terrible, if you do not want to lose your tour money do not book this activity, too many people, the transportation is lousy

We decided to book the Etna tour at the last minute to complete our visit to Catania. We chose Etna&Sea Excursions for their afternoon tour because it seemed the most suitable for us, to get an overview of the volcano without being too demanding in terms of both time and equipment. In fact, it was perfect, well-organized, with various stops including the fascinating visit to a lava cave (helmet and flashlight provided) and the final walk on the Silvestri craters at sunset (even if it was a little cloudy the day we went). The visit was very interesting and fun, thanks to the competence and friendliness of our guide Gaetano, who shared with us his great love for his land and his knowledge of Mount Etna, with very interesting and exhaustive explanations and answers. The other guides who participated in the tour with the other vans (George, Ornella, Raji) were also very prepared and friendly, helping to create a very pleasant atmosphere. Absolutely recommended for those who want to spend an afternoon on Mount Etna and understand a little more about this magical mountain. (Something to cover up with is recommended, the temperature in the cave and at the craters can be quite low.)
We had an incredible sunset tour of Mount Etna! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sun set over the volcano was an unforgettable experience. A huge thank you to our guide, Andria, who made the tour even more special. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Mount Etna, its history, geology, and the surrounding area, while also being fun, engaging, and easy to be around. He answered all of our questions and made everyone feel welcome throughout the tour. The entire experience was well organized, relaxed, and truly memorable. A suggestive and unique experience where the landscape takes center stage with its scenery. The colors at sunset on Mount Etna are breathtaking. Giorgio, along with the other guides, with their local knowledge, made the tour much more interesting than expected. Highly recommended!!!

We really enjoyed the excursion! The driving time is reasonable, just enough to see different points of interest on Mount Etna: lava flow, the interior of a cave formed by lava, a panoramic view of the Bove Valley, and a small trek (though steep!) through the Silvestri craters, all with the beautiful light of sunset. All of this accompanied by interesting explanations in the language we had contracted (Spanish). The excursion was punctual and as described. The tasting is very brief (not much), but we prefer it that way. You can consider it more like a small break. A highly recommended tour with an excellent guide!

Noticed Kevin’s Logo on hi shirt while we were sitting having a cocktail. Spoke with him and booked the Sunset Jeep Tour to Mt Etna and what a trip. George was our guide and a very good one. Very knowledgeable about the Volcano and lava formations and what a great personality. Stopped and had tastings of the local honey and wine!!! Pistachio honey is a must buy!!!!
