All terrific, the thrill of riding motorcycles in a gap, the beautiful cenote not counting the shots. The best thing is that everything super safe and the staff super friendly.

I was booked for a 9 am excursion in Cancun. I waited for pick up. Never was I informed that they rescheduled me for the 12 o'clock trip. They said they were fully booked when I got in contact with them. They lied and tried covering up their mistake. Never again will I deal with these people.
We’re truly sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, transportation was already at full capacity because this tour is in high demand. This was not a mistake or a lie., we explained the situation to you and offered to reschedule you for the second time slot that same day or even for the next day, with a discount as a courtesy. You declined both options and decided to cancel because you could not meet the payment amount, even with the discount, despite making your reservation in the early morning hours. Still, we refunded you 100% of your payment despite the last-minute cancellation, which left us unable to fill your spot. In addition, we regret that you were very rude to our staff, as we always work with respect and honesty to serve our guests. For these reasons, it is disappointing to receive a negative review after we tried to resolve the situation in good faith.
This tour was the highlight of our trip! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, exciting, and full of adrenaline. The ATV ride through the jungle trails was thrilling and so much fun! We felt safe and free to really enjoy the ride. The zipline course was awesome. Flying over the treetops with incredible views made it an unforgettable experience. The guides were super friendly, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable. And the cenote… wow!!! Crystal-clear water, refreshing after all the action, and surrounded by nature – the perfect way to cool off and relax. It felt like swimming in a hidden paradise. Overall, if you’re looking for adventure, nature, and a lot of fun packed into just a few hours, this tour is a must-do. Great for couples, families, or friends.
My partner and I booked this jungle adventure kind of on a whim — and we’re so glad we did! It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. From the hotel pick-up to the very last moment, everything was super well organized. The ATV ride was a blast — muddy, bumpy, and full of laughs. Then came the ziplining through the trees, which honestly felt like flying. So much fun! The swimming in the cenote was the perfect cool-down. The place was beautiful and peaceful. We also had a chance to try some local flavors, and the food was seriously delicious. Huge thanks to the team, especially Odyssey Riviera Cancún — they made sure everything went smoothly and were super helpful with communication and tips before the tour. If you're a couple looking for a fun mix of adventure and chill time, definitely book this one. We left tired, happy, and already talking about doing it again someday :)

This tour was honestly so much fun! Riding the ATVs through the jungle was super cool — a little bumpy and muddy, but that made it even better. The ziplines were awesome too, flying over the trees with great views and good vibes. The cenote swim was super chill and the water felt amazing after all the action. Plus, the food at the end (fajitas!) totally hit the spot. The guides were really friendly and made everything easy and fun. If you're in Cancún and want an adventure, this one's totally worth it!
