Wir bieten Transportdienstleistungen für alle Reisenden, die am internationalen Flughafen Cancun ankommen, um eine komfortable Anreise zu ihren jeweiligen Hotels innerhalb der Riviera Maya Region zu gewährleisten. Unser Service ist ein Hin- und Rückflugpaket, das bedeutet, wir holen Sie auch am Tag Ihrer Abreise ab und sorgen für eine sichere und problemlose Rückkehr zum Flughafen Cancún. Das Terminal, an dem Sie ankommen, hängt von der Fluggesellschaft ab, mit der Sie fliegen. Sobald Sie Ihr Gepäck abgeholt haben, machen Sie sich bitte auf den Weg zum Bereich „Reiseveranstalter“. Dort werden Sie von einem unserer Vertreter von Mexico Travel Solutions herzlich begrüßt, der ein weiß-rosa Poloshirt mit einem bunten Blumenlogo auf der rechten Seite trägt und ein Schild mit unserem Firmennamen hält. We had a good experience with MTS, their staff is nice, their vehicles are clean and in good condition. The only thing is that we had to walk a long distance with children and our luggage, this was not an easy task as it was 9 of us, to get to where they’re located and on top we had to wait for the van to get there. They were not waiting on the customer, the customer has to wait on them.

Our experience was made even better thanks to Abraham Fernandez, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our 7-day vacation. He proactively reached out before and during our trip, helped coordinate our airport transportation, and provided useful info about local tours that we visited such as Xplore Park and Catamaran to Isla Mujeres. His friendly communication and willingness to assist made everything much easier.

Great directions given to find them. Efficient and friendly staff coordinating the shuttles. Driver was courteous. He didn't scare me with his driving.

They apparently cancelled the transaction or at least did not have us in their system. They called to see what happened, and We waited 15 minutes for them to call us back. We ended up Spending $180 for a taxi that was only one way. Did not start our trip out on the right foot.

They could not find my reservation after I gave the number and showed what was sent to my email. After 30 minutes we were placed on a van. WILL ONLY DO PRIVATE TRANSFER. TOO MANY STOPS.
