Bimini oder Grand Bahama Island Tagestour

Communication needs to be louder so people can here it. Lack of instruction on pick-up needs to be better. Overall it's a great trip.

This is an honest review, I wish I had read before booking, DON’T DO IT! It was not Bimini and it was NOT worth the money. The arrival time required is 6:00 am, but we sat around for 3 hours and didn’t leave until 9:00. Total waste of three hours of our vacation. Nothing on the site prepared us for the boat ride nor did it disclose that the cost of to that point was ONLY for to and from transport. Almost $500 and this does not include a beach, a drink, nothing! Everything else was on us to find and pay for. These excursions start at $90 a person for the four hours there. We were herded towards local taxis, $30 a person, who drove us to a very ghetto beach. It costs to get in there again. All in all, this trip consumed one whole day of our vacation that could have been spent on the many Miami beaches nearby. Don’t do it, Viator, please look into this so no more of your customers feel the same loss. Please don’t respond with your generic reply, that you’re sorry, you can call me any time to confirm the truth.

Check in at the port terminal was easy. The staff were friendly. The boat ride was comfortable. Although it was raining most of our time on the island we were still able to enjoy ourselves. Getting a resort pass with our boat ticket was an added bonus and I hope they continue this practice. If they don’t get a resort pass and a golf cart on ship- otherwise you’ll pay a small fortune on the island. Bring cash, not all vendors take credit cards. It was a fun trip.

It was a wonderful experience! Staff was friendly, schedule was timely; a comfortable way to travel It was a great day!

We loved the day trip to Bimini Island. It was great from start to finish. It started scheduling with Viator, the ferry, renting a boat to see the whole town, eating at the Latitude 25, and spending some time in the gorgeous ocean. We loved every bit of it! Viator made it possible and easier to explore the north part of the Bimini island.

Moved out by Virgin cruise ship. To sum it up Our birthday girls trip to the BEACH CLUB BEACH was Pushed out by the cruise ship stating they take priority even though we paid for a beautiful beach day trip. No heads up as if they didn't know the cruise liner was coming. NOT cool VIATOR and BIMINI.We made the best of it because of God's beauty. So they are lucky they received any stars..SMH...Don't book thru VIATOR and the islanders should of known.

You are just buying ferry tickets, actually. Extremely long trips, or rather, especially the wait times at customs. Nothing is explained upon your arrival on the island, it is total improvisation, so it is nice but not super practical when you have 5 hours on site. Well, nobody tells you that clearly and you will discover that the ferry will not leave before 7:30 PM, which is of course organized given the number of people to board, and there you are super happy to have hung around since 4:30 PM when you had to return your golf cart rented for $100 for 5 hours.

Do not arrive at 6:00 - if you arrive by 8:00 am you should be fine. Boarding does not begin until 8:30. Perfect day trip to eat Bahamian food and swim in Bahamian waters. Reboarding and 2 separate immigration processes were tedious and unproductive.

To flee absolutely! total anarchy! we went there with my parents , the announcement said that everything was suitable for people in wheelchairs, that's wrong! they supposedly give you access to the pool of a hotel that's not true either , there is nothing to do there except to be bored for hours , no restaurants are open! nor shops and moreover all the staff of the boat is unpleasant to the possible

This was a great excursion. The only issues I had aboard the ferry was hearing the announcement and being able to charge phone. Travelers should be aware to bring a sweater for the cold A/C.
