Thank you for your feedback for still giving us a five-star rating despite your frustrating experience. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we are very sorry that you and your wife were unable to connect with the tour. Upon checking our records, the rest of the guests for the 1:00 PM tour were able to check in and join successfully, and your message reached us at 1:07 PM after the tour had already started. As stated in our confirmation email, we kindly ask all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour begins, as the guide starts promptly on time out of fairness to the other guests who arrived early. Once we received your message, we still did our best to help by sending you the upcoming tour stops in hopes that you could reconnect with the group, although we also explained that this could not be guaranteed. Unfortunately, the guide was actively leading the tour, so they weren’t able to continue messaging during the experience. Regarding the museum tickets, we also requested your email address so we could send the entry tickets directly to you, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. We truly wanted to help make the situation easier for you and your wife. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and frustration this caused during your visit. We genuinely value your feedback as it helps us improve communication and guest experience even further. We hope we may have another opportunity to provide you with a much smoother and more enjoyable experience in the future.
