We arrived at 6:45 to the meeting point in front of the Hospital in Segovia very excited. Nely and the Northern Lights team welcomed us with a big smile. We were encouraged to live the atmosphere at the meeting point, the exit esplanade, while preparing the balloon. The preparation of the balloon is impressive and when you see that it is almost ready the feeling is brutal. When we got into the balloon basket, Manfred, the balloon pilot explained all the safety measures and how to behave in the landing so that everything goes on wheels (I found this very professional and important). Once that's done we start climbing. I was very surprised that the climb and the trip is not noticeable, it is not scary or bothersome (more noticeable on the plane). The views of Segovia, the fields and mines are breathtaking from the globe and even the beautiful views of the other balloons flying in the air. Throughout the flight Manfred was very aware of all those of us who were on the flight and was solving all our doubts about flying in a balloon, its characteristics and so on in a very pleasant and enjoyable way. The landing was great, very correct and safe. (I was expecting it more aggressively and not at all, it was hilarious.) When we got off the balloon they gave us water, picked up the balloon and put us a breakfast with cava. It was very complete and there were options for everyone. At the end they gave us a flying diploma and drove us to the departure point. Also a few days later, they send you photos and video breakfast the experience. I would recommend ballooning with them in Segovia for their great professionalism and for those wonderful views. I wouldn't mind flying with them again. We're looking forward to the little ones growing up so we can all do it together. Ps: very important comfortable clothes (with shoulders covered so you don't mind the heat of the balloon) and a cap

By far the greatest ride from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company. It’s family run and you’ll feel like a part of their family. Great lunch after the ride. Not recommended for small children since they won’t be able to see over the basket.

Great experience. I want to highlight the great organization of the entire team.on the ground super slopes of the trajectory. And Pilot Manfred is very concerned at all times to find the best place to land. This coupled with the change of the usual take-off area made our flight last almost an hour and a half. Every minute is enjoyed. And the end of the appetizer with cava, we learned many things about aerotechnics that complement the adventure. I absolutely recommend this company.
