Easy transportation from Madrid. Great flight with views over Segovia and the surrounding area. Nice ending with snacks and mimosas after landing. We stayed in Segovia the rest of the day and got the train back to Madrid.

I am so glad I chose this tour with Aerotours. They are very friendly and professional. They keep us posted thru emails from the time we booked the tour. I changed the hotels a few times but they were very flexible with the pick up location. We were picked up on time from our hotel so we arrived in the meeting place early and able to watch them set up the balloon ride and the beautiful sunrise. We had a very smooth flight and really enjoyed the spectacular views in Segovia. The tour ended with a short “graduation” ceremony where they gave us certificates with light snacks and champagne. They sent us a link for the pictures and videos to remind us of our amazing experience. Thank you very much Aerotours!

Everything went well, from the hotel pickup to the organization to the return. All the staff were very friendly. Our hot air balloon pilot Carlos perfectly guided us over Segovia, and the landing was super smooth! The subsequent brunch in the fields was a real experience. I can only recommend it!
