Während der gesamten Reise, von der Abholung bis zur Rückgabe, werden Sie von einem qualifizierten Englisch sprechenden Fahrer betreut, der Ihnen ein sicheres und komfortables Gefühl bietet. Wir bieten einen komfortablen Transport in einer kleinen Gruppe von bis zu 8 Personen. Sie werden mehr Zeit damit verbringen können, mehr über Kultur und Geschichte zu lernen, anstatt in einer langen Schlange für Tickets zu stehen. Bei Last-Minute-Buchungen werden die Abholzeiten einen Tag vor der Tour nach 15:00 Uhr bestätigt, die Abholung vom Hotel erfolgt meist zwischen 6:00 Uhr und 8:00 Uhr.

Reiseverlauf
Die Abholung vom Hotel erfolgt 1,5 Stunden vor der geplanten Tourzeit. Wir bieten eine sichere Fahrt mit einem Englisch sprechenden Fahrer in einem komfortablen Auto / Minivan in einer Gruppe von maximal 8 Personen. Die Strecke von Krakau nach Auschwitz dauert 1,5 Stunden.
Der Fahrer bringt Sie zum Eingang und gibt Ihnen Tickets. Dann haben Sie eine Sicherheitskontrolle ähnlich der am Flughafen. Ausweise werden ebenfalls überprüft. Die Tour findet in einer 30-Personen-Gruppe mit Ortskundiger Reiseleiter statt. Jeder Teilnehmer erhält Kopfhörer. Der erste Teil der Tour ist Auschwitz 1 - sie dauert etwa 2 Stunden.
Nach einer 15-minütigen Pause, kurzer Transfer zum zweiten Teil des Museums - Birkenau.
Nach der Tour bringen wir Sie zurück zum Hotel.

Max was a great help throughout the whole day
I went on the trip today with my two daughters and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pickup was prompt and on time, and our driver Max was amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable, talking to us all the way there. Our guide was Magna who was also very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Thoroughly enjoyed our day and it was very good value for money.
Such an amazing and humbling experience. Pick up from and back to the door of your hotel in a very comfortable van with full air conditioning (and heating as we all got soaked in the storm and had wet clothes on the return journey). Friendly but private excursion, maximum of 8 people in the van, which makes it more of a personal experience. Our tour guide at the memorial was exceptionally knowledgeable and really brought another layer to the experience. Only slight snag is we booked a tour for 12:00 but were told it would be a 1pm pick up but we did book at the very last minute (night before) so this could be the reason why. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone visiting this area!
This is just such a haunting and sobering experience. Our guide was amazing and clearly knew what she was talking about. It was a scorching 32c doing the tour so do bear in mind how hot it can get.
The visit was very rewarding and we got a very good guide. Booking the tour was easy via get your guide. We booked with transport and our driver, Max, contacted us for information on pick-up in good time. He also offered that you could buy a food package so we did, which was good because there is little time between the two shows. Max also arranged the tickets, that we came in a guided group, drove us between the two camps. Very smooth!

A very nice ride with a good driver in a premium vehicle. 15 minutes delayed pick up that was well informed by the driver (traffic issues). Were picked up at our Air b'n b apartment, straight out to Auschwitz, guided tour there, then out to Auschwitz Birkenau with the same guide, then back to the apartment in Krakow. Excellent!!!
