This was the BEST place we visited on vacation. My fiancé and I went on a carnival cruise and booked excursions through the app. The entire process was seamless and this was by far our most favorite stop on our trip. Our tour guide, Mishania, was AMAZING!! She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the shuttle ride to the park just as fun as the actual spot! Her fun facts and ice breakers were hilarious. She was constantly checking in with us to make sure we were able to experience every single activity we wanted to try! I couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide! At the park, the crowd was just the right size. Enough people to have fun with but not too many people that you were just waiting around in lines for half the day. The longest we had to wait in line was maybe 5 minutes if that. The views and the water is absolutely stunning around the whole park. The food was good too and they pour nice and heavy for their cocktails. This spot is most definitely worth the price! We paid a flat rate of $165 per person and did about $800 worth of activities! We were able to enjoy the park for about 5 hours, which was plenty of time to do everything except the snorkeling, which we didn’t want to do in the first place. They do have lockers available for storage as well for a very reasonable price! Every single activity guide went above and beyond to keep us safe and provide us an amazing time! The music they had playing was also perfect! You definitely need to check this place out next time you’re in Jamaica!!

Chef Williams food was 10/10! It was very good. Zip line was also great with Henry and dewight. I was nervous, but they made it fun. I would definitely recommend and come back!

I have traveled to many countries and have always had wonderful, memorable excursion experiences—until now. The excursion pamphlet provided by Nexus Tours, along with the information given by their representative, Dolly, was misleading and did not accurately describe what we were purchasing. My friends and I paid for what was advertised as River Bamboo Rafting. We weren't able to fit river bamboo rafting into our last trip to Jamaica, so we were extremely excited to finally experience it. Unfortunately, it turned into a complete nightmare. Here are the major issues we encountered: False Advertising: DOLLY from NEXUS TOURS never informed us that the excursion was actually ocean bamboo rafting, not river bamboo rafting as advertised in the pamphlet. No Weight Limit Disclosure: Dolly also failed to tell us there was a weight limit for horseback riding in the ocean. I was allowed to ride, but my friends were denied participation after paying for the excursion. This information should have been disclosed before we purchased our tickets. Poor Customer Service: The woman at Chukka who assisted us was unfriendly, rude, and showed no customer service skills. She made an already disappointing experience even worse. Disorganized Operations: Nothing was organized. Guests were constantly being redirected from one activity to another with no clear communication. We were told to return in an hour for the ATVs, and I was told to come back an hour and a half later for horseback riding. The Bamboo Rafting Was Not as Advertised: Instead of peacefully rafting down a river, we were taken onto the open ocean with no shade or cover under the blazing sun. This was nothing like the experience shown in the brochure. Even the decorations on the raft looked old and poorly maintained. Because of the poor organization, we never got to ride the ATVs, and I never got to go horseback riding. We paid $164.00 for an excursion that we were unable to fully experience. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. We requested a refund because we were misled, but our request was denied, leaving us out $164.00. My advice is to be very cautious when booking excursions through Nexus Tours. Ask detailed questions, make sure the excursion matches what is being advertised, and always pay with a credit card if possible so you have the option to dispute the charge if the services provided do not match what was promised.

There is loads to do and the activities we did the guides were brilliant. Shane on the horses was friendly and funny and made the experience that much better. Safety was always paramount. My only gripe is you couldn’t purchase a coffee and I couldn’t purchase the photos as they didn’t accept cash ?? Changing rooms and toilets were clean. Lockers a bit expensive at $10 The mini bus that took us to Chukka was Steve the driver very friendly and the guide gave us a lot of information about the areas we were passing. Would recommend this trip
