Fascinating place. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. I think I got a lot more out of the location because of his expertise.

We had very little knowledge of Greek mythology or other historical sites, but our guide's explanations were very clear and interesting. Without her explanations, the rest of our time in the Ancient Agora (not the tour) would have been boring. In the museum, she carefully selected masterpieces and provided sufficient explanations in a short amount of time. What I appreciated most was that I was able to understand the explanations despite my limited English. Since the tour ends inside the museum, if you need to leave your belongings, I recommend using the individual cloakroom rather than the group cloakroom (even if the museum staff refuses).

It was an anazing tour, just before the Sunset! Our guide Eli, an authentic greek, was great, with lots of history and mithology. We had a group of 14 people and she knew us all by the name. We had a great time! It was the 16h30 tour, in English

Was super easy to navigate to the pick up point and check in process was super smooth. Acropolis / Parthenon are incredible. Our guid, Chrysa, was FANTASTIC. She was super knowledgeable and accommodating of all questions! Would recommend Athenian tours / Chrysa to anyone!

We had the most wonderful afternoon exploring the Acropolis, Parthenon and Acropolis Museum with Natasha from Athenian Tours. From the moment we met her, Natasha was incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming, while also being an absolute professional. Her knowledge of Greek history and mythology is incredible, but what really made the experience so special was the way she told the stories. She didn’t simply give us facts and dates; she brought the history to life and completely drew us into the world of Ancient Greece. She also has such a fun, quirky personality and a great sense of humour, which made the whole afternoon feel relaxed and personal. We found ourselves laughing one minute and completely captivated by a story the next. It was such a special way to experience Athens for the first time, and we walked away feeling like we had learnt so much without ever feeling like we were sitting through a history lesson! Natasha, thank you for such a splendid afternoon and for sharing your beautiful city, its history and its stories with us. Dimitris was amazing. So knowledgeable. We absolutely loved this and many others in the tour made the same comment. We learned so much and are interested in learning more about Greek history based on the amazing peek Dimitris provided. This is a physical tour (lots of walking and some segments uphill) but very worth it and Dimitris always found shady spots with some places to sit where he’d share his stories. Book this. You won’t regret it!
