Andorra Kleingruppentour ab Barcelona

Excellent trip added another Country to our trip. Roberto excellent driver. Beautiful drive to Andora.

Roberto made a long trip very enjoyable and interesting. He was very accommodating to our request on the returned trip in Barcelona It is probably best to go during the winter to appreciate the beauty of the town.

The positive is that we had a nice day and trip with our driver Roberta, very nice gentleman who drove us to Andorra (he gets a higher rating of 4 and raised the overall rating from a 1 to a 2 star rating). I gave this a lower rating to highlight that this is not a tour, it is just a private car and driver to Andorra (due to the language barrier, there was not a lot of detail available for trip sites so this was not a tour guide either). I was going to let this go but received the following communication from Pedro at Montpe Tours once we returned "Please do not confuse, this tour only includes VIP transportation and a guide with English, tickets are not included in the price!!, any problem talk to Viator, thank you!!.". The message came about from my questions prior to the trip, but this message was rude IMHO since we were already on the trip to Andorra and this detail should have been provided on booking and not after our return. I will communicate this to Viator per the request from Montpe Tours.

It was basically just a very expensive taxi ride instead of a tour. The driver spoke no English and it was very hard to communicate even with Google translate. He basically dropped us off at a point and told us to be back in a few hours. It is no guided tour. He did not even stop at the border to at least let us get a visa stamped. I would have been better off driving a rental car.

Highly recommend. Easy ride, beautiful place. Robert the driver was excellent. Great shopping and food.

We really enjoyed traveling to Andorra. We passed through some lovely areas of Spain on the way and we enjoyed seeing the tiny country of Andorra. Nacho, our driver, is a wonderful person who taught us so much about Catalonia history, culture, language, as well as information about Spain. I guess that most people travel to Andorra to go shopping but we just wanted to see historical and cultural points of interest, such as medieval cities and important sites (not go shopping). We saw very little of that and only at my insistence after seeing some postcards of Andorra. This made the trip even longer and we had to pay overtime on what was already an incredibly expensive trip. Perhaps my expectations of the trip were incorrect but I guess it should have been explained to us better beforehand.

Perfect time to see Andorra quick and efficient .. beautiful views nice town .. Driver was very nice
