Goldi was an excellent driver. Even though we had a slight miscommunication about meeting up in the morning, he waited for us patiently. He helped provide some introduction about Fatehpur Sikri ( because we did not hire a tour guide), and also delivered us to our hotel safely and expediently. Highly recommend his services! A note about Fatehpur Sikri - if you do not pre-book a guide, the guides there for hire can be quite aggressive. It's especially aggressive in the free area ( where the mosque and tomb are). I did like seeing the tomb, especially as some locals were making wishes there at the moment, but there are a LOT of touts and a lot of pressure. The main palace (the paid area) is very impressive though, and fun to wander around for an hour or two!

We had Goldi as our driver and he was excellent. Very safe, his car was comfortable, and he also gave us a short intro of Fatehpur Sikri since we didn’t hire a guide. He was very patient and accommodating even though we had a slight miscommunication at the beginning and he waited almost 10 minutes for us in our hotel lobby, and we asked to make a short pit stop before leaving Agra. Would definitely recommend riding with him :)

Prem drove us from Agra to Jaipur and then stayed as our driver in Jaipur. He was very friendly and even took us to a nice local restaurant on the way. He was a good driver and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Would very highly recommend.

Deepak picked us up from Agra after a visit to the Taj Mahal to drive us to Jaipur. Deepak was very friendly and helpful. The car was very comfortable. We stopped off at Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri en route.

Mr Prem was an amazing driver and person! He truly went above and beyond! He assisted with luggage, shared local cultural information, he even bought us a special treat called bread pakoda, which I never had before. He was professional, his English was perfect and he made us felt safe the entire time from our trip originating in Agra going to Jaipur. Prem is a true gem and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!

Driver was very friendly, the main issue was we booked an SUV and a saloon car turned up, if you are going to do this journey a car is not the right vehicle. I messaged the booking and was refunded with an apology for the mistake. We couldn’t blame the driver who was nice and chatty, he apologised as soon as I mentioned the car but obviously nothing he could do about it. He did his job and his service was excellent.

Firstly You have paid for sedan car then how can we provide you SUV .You have never mentioned in the booking that you need SUV car or else we would be able to inform you how you can get SUV .It’s clearly written in the booking page that, for 2 person we provide 4 seater sedan car and you booked this transfer for 2 person ,Then I don’t know why you were expecting SUV even you paid for sedan car . I also send you the inclusion page to give you proof that for 2-person sedan car is included. Even then i refunded you the amount Only because you were not happy not Because, it was my mistake that you did not read the inclusions page clearly .BUT I am surprised that you still want to mention this issue knowing that you paid for sedan car and gave us low rating. Prem did a fantastic job driving us from Agra to Jaipur. He was right on time for pick up. He was courteous and professional. He had us stop for lunch at a tourist friendly restaurant. We arrived at our destination ahead of schedule, but we always felt very safe despite the chaos of Indian traffic. It was actually fun to watch him smoothly navigate the packed roadways! He’s a true professional.
