Strandstopp in Cala Corsara. Die Tour soll um 10:00 Uhr vom Handelshafen von Palau, Pier Nr. 5, abfahren. Nach wenigen Minuten Fahrt erreichen Sie die Insel Spargi und machen dort Ihren ersten Halt am bezaubernden Strand Cala Corsara. Hier können Sie zwei Stunden in einer der schönsten Buchten des Archipels verbringen; Sie können sich am weißen Sandstrand entspannen, im türkisfarbenen Wasser schwimmen oder die nahegelegenen Wanderwege erkunden, um atemberaubende Aussichtspunkte zu erreichen. Cala Corsara ist auch berühmt für seine einzigartigen, von atmosphärischen Kräften geformten Felsen, darunter der „Hexenkopf“, der „Bulldoggenhund“ und der „Stiefel Italiens“. Es gibt auch Bauwerke von historischem Interesse, die größtenteils frei zugänglich sind, darunter die Zavagli-Batterie, in der sich noch immer ihre Maschinengewehrstellungen befinden.
Der zweite Strandstopp ist auf der Insel Budelli, am Strand Cavalieri, im Herzen der natürlichen Pools, geplant. Nachdem wir entlang der reizvollen Ostseite der Insel Spargi gesegelt sind, fahren wir nach Norden und erreichen bald die Insel Budelli. Zuerst halten wir an, um den berühmten Pink Beach zu bewundern und Fotos zu machen, der unter strengem Umweltschutz steht. Kurz darauf begleitet Sie unsere Crew zu den natürlichen Becken von Budelli, die, wie der Name schon sagt, für ihr kristallklares Wasser bekannt sind. Badestopp an den Budelli Natural Pools. Beim dritten Stopp können Sie vom Boot aus in das türkisfarbene Wasser von Porto Madonna, auch bekannt als die natürlichen Pools, springen und darin schwimmen. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, Schnorchelausrüstung mitzubringen, um die unberührte Natur dieser Meere zu bewundern!
Halten Sie im historischen Zentrum von La Maddalena an. Der vierte und letzte Halt ist im historischen Zentrum von La Maddalena geplant, der einzigen Insel des Archipels, auf der es ein städtisches Zentrum gibt. Sardinia is paradise, and the Italian people are very welcoming. Unfortunately, this excursion was the only negative part of our trip. The boat is old and extremely overcrowded. The crew reserved the best area at the back for their friends, while paying customers were packed inside. On top of that, the crew gave explanations in Italian to their friends about the places we were visiting, while completely ignoring the other passengers. The €12 “shrimp pasta” was also very disappointing and almost inedible. I strongly recommend choosing a different boat excursion.
We went to the meeting point which was on the ticket, although we were on time there was no boat. We called them they say wave your hands, instead of sending a proper location through WhatsApp, at the end we were not able to take the tour and couldn’t get refunded.
We could not go on the excursion because we arrived 10 minutes late due to a fire on the road, and we were coming from Orosei and we called 45 minutes in advance and they were not capable of waiting 10 minutes for us; we had a reservation for 7 people with a cost of 490 euros and we lost it for 10 minutes of a 7-hour excursion. We were attended to by a lady who was blunt, "we don't wait for anyone here"; we told her that the cause of our delay was beyond our control, that the firefighters had directed us along another road and that we would arrive at 10:10 and that is how it was, as you will understand I can only show my absolute rejection of this treatment. We were left without an excursion and without 490 euros plus the gas and the stress.
Lamentamos sinceramente que no hayan podido realizar la excursión y entendemos perfectamente la frustración de perder una reserva para siete personas por una situación excepcional como un incendio en la carretera. Precisamente porque nos avisaron con antelación y comprendimos el inconveniente, ese día retrasamos la salida y esperamos hasta las 10:10, más allá de nuestro horario habitual de las 10:00. Lamentablemente, a esa hora ustedes todavía no habían llegado al punto de embarque y aún debían estacionar y desplazarse hasta el puerto. No podíamos continuar retrasando la salida de una embarcación completa, con todos los demás pasajeros ya a bordo y esperando. Sentimos también que nuestra comunicación en ese momento haya podido parecer tajante. En situaciones así debemos tomar decisiones rápidas para respetar tanto la seguridad y los horarios de navegación como a todas las personas que llegaron puntualmente. Además, intentamos valorar la posibilidad de trasladar su reserva a otro día, pero en este período trabajamos diariamente con plazas completas y, lamentablemente, no disponíamos de siete lugares para poder reubicarlos en los días siguientes. Entendemos perfectamente su decepción y sentimos que una circunstancia ajena tanto a ustedes como a nosotros haya terminado de esta manera. Sin embargo, queremos aclarar que sí tuvimos en consideración su situación y esperamos hasta donde nos fue posible sin perjudicar al resto de pasajeros. Crew of Riviera di Gallura
Avoid this company! Unless you want to lose €250 and see the captain smile as he lifts the bridge in front of you even though we arrived on time. We took a day trip, we couldn't find the boat (the directions are bad) and even though we arrived right on time, the captain raised the bridge, leaving us alone with our young children on the dock. And when we call him to get a refund, he hangs up on us and makes fun of us. I strongly advise against this company
Acá conviene ser muy profesional y firme, porque acusa al capitán de burlarse y colgarles el teléfono. No repetiría esas acusaciones ni entraría en una pelea pública. El punto central es que llegar exactamente a la hora de salida no equivale a llegar a tiempo para embarcar. Bonjour, Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que vous n’ayez pas pu participer à l’excursion et nous comprenons parfaitement la déception que cela représente, d’autant plus lorsque l’on voyage avec de jeunes enfants. Nous souhaitons toutefois apporter une précision importante : l’heure de départ correspond à l’heure à laquelle le bateau doit quitter le port, et non à l’heure d’arrivée pour l’embarquement. Les passagers doivent se présenter suffisamment à l’avance afin d’effectuer l’enregistrement et de monter à bord avant le départ. Une fois les opérations de départ engagées et la passerelle relevée, le capitaine ne peut malheureusement pas interrompre la manœuvre ou retarder l’ensemble du bateau, notamment pour des raisons de sécurité et par respect pour tous les passagers déjà présents à bord. Nous regrettons également que les indications pour trouver le point d’embarquement ne vous aient pas semblé suffisamment claires. Votre remarque sera prise en considération afin de continuer à améliorer les informations fournies avant le départ. Enfin, nous sommes désolés si les échanges qui ont suivi ont été perçus comme désagréables. Il n’est absolument pas dans notre intention de nous moquer de nos clients ou de minimiser leur déception. Nous comprenons votre frustration, mais nous devons également respecter les horaires, les procédures de sécurité et les passagers qui se présentent à l’heure prévue pour l’embarquement. A truly super experience! Thanks to the experience of the motorboat captain and his crew, we were able to enjoy some of the most wonderful pearls in all of Sardinia! The captain's guidance was highly appreciated, as he took us to see some of the most prestigious and characteristic features of this territory, and with his stories and anecdotes we discovered many peculiarities of these places and these waters, taking care to choose the less crowded areas and the most suitable times to enjoy these splendid beaches without the fleets of tourists. A round of applause certainly also goes to the crew, who accompanied us to see the most unique places in the area with passion and a smile, with a passion you can feel! A memory I will always keep is one of the crew members who, during snorkeling after diving from the boat, threw some food for the fish near where we were, urging us to put on our masks! One of the most beautiful sights I have ever experienced, in the middle of a school of fish! Furthermore, at the natural pools of Budelli, a crew member passionate about photography offered my partner and me a 10 out of 10 photo shoot! The option to have lunch on the motorboat is also offered... the cook is none other than the captain's mother, who prepared some truly special spaghetti with shrimp sauce for us! What can I say... thank you all!
Excellent experience, super kind staff and excellent guides with stories and explanations, wonderful tour, lunch is not included in the ticket price but they prepare lunch on board with various choices for a truly negligible amount, highly recommended
Viator does not explain who your operator was and we started looking all over pier 5 for which one it was, when we finally found it they closed the pass in our face, we were going with a 1-year-old baby and another 3-year-old in our arms, and for arriving 1 min late they did not want to open for us, part of the staff looked at us and said yes and others gave them the order no, very bad experience, they have charged us and on top of that they do not want to return our money. Very poorly managed by Viator for not giving specific details and bad on the part of the tour operator who, seeing our faces, did not want to let us pass.
Wonderful route, crew even better prepared and professional, and they illustrate the history and beaches perfectly; the food on board has reasonable prices and is made to order!
Beautiful experience! Enchanting places and a wonderful day, welcoming and easygoing onboard staff, very good food, and fair prices in relation to the context. We had a great time and really enjoyed it. If we return next year, it will definitely be with them again. Highly recommended!!
An incredible and totally recommendable experience. The excursion to La Maddalena was beautiful, but without a doubt we want to highlight the entire crew: they were super friendly, attentive, and treated us great throughout the day. They made us feel very comfortable at all times. We would recommend it 100%! ⛵️💙🇮🇹
