He was friendly, professional, and always made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip. Yung was knowledgeable about every destination and shared interesting information along the way. He was patient, helpful, and always happy to answer our questions. From Mt. Bromo to Ijen and the beautiful waterfalls, everything was well organized, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Yung, for your kindness, positive energy, and dedication. I was especially fascinated by the geographical insights behind Indonesia’s mountains. I had a truly amazing, and mesmerising experience all thanks to our guide, Miss Ririn and the driver, Mr Deriz. Despite how tiring the journey can be, Miss Ririn never fail to answer all of my endless questions and share us mystical stories of the place and I LOVE hearing all those stories. Miss Ririn is such a passionate guide, sharing her life experiences and it got us extremely excited. I personally hate hikings but she made me love it in this trip itself. She deserves so much recognition for her amazing work. I have already informed my family and referred them to ask for Ririn for their next overseas hike. The same goes to Mr Deriz for his safe and amazing driving skills that kept us alive and well throughout the trip. I do hope that I will meet both of them soon for my next trip in Surabaya with your company! P.S Miss Ririn takes amazing photos too. Like for real!

Yung, our guide over the past three days. He was incredibly patient and put in great effort throughout the journey. Very experienced and informative, he brought us to excellent spots for sunrise and made the hikes feel comfortable and manageable. He was also well-prepared and always attentive to the group’s safety and well-being. On top of that, he has great photography skills, a big plus for capturing beautiful moments along the way. Highly recommend Yung and the Tripperhood team to anyone planning this trip.

As soon as we decided to plan our East Java 4D/3N trip, we came across Tripperhood—and choosing them turned out to be a wonderful decision. We had a wonderful trip with our guide Yung. He took great care of us, made sure we had the best experience possible and was super helpful with our continuing transfer. The tour itself is absolutely worth it with wonderful views of beautiful nature! Do not expect to have all views to yourselves, because there are quite a few people on Bromo, Ijen and Tumpak Sewu. Our guide though made sure we timed our hikes so that we would be there at less crowded times! Thank very much to Tripperhood for a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this tour!

An amazing experience whereby every single aspect of the trip and tour was thoughtfully planned out for (even the routes and advice on how to make our trip less tiring for us). A special mention to Yung, our tour guide. He’s the best tour guide I have ever had, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Chandra was an amazing driver too, super helpful and friendly.
