We enjoyed our overnight in Stone Town, especially visiting the Freddy Mercury House and Museum. Very tastefully done exhibits, and it was footsteps from our hotel at Tembo Hotel. The Arab decor at the hotel was enchanting, and reviewing the history of this structure was a sobering reminder of how far we have come since its original purpose. Our final destination was at Toa Hotel and Spa in Pongwe. This beautiful resort was so relaxing and the staff were delightful and very attentive. The food was excellent and the beach was lovely. Perfect end to our trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. Separate review left for the Safari trip. Thank you Gosheni Safari and Norah for a wonderful vacation!
