Our tour guide in Luxor, Hazem, was absolutely fantastic. He has an incredible knowledge of the local history and explained everything in a very clear and engaging way, which helped us understand the whole historical background of Luxor much better. During the tour he was friendly, humorous and made the experience very enjoyable. He also brought us to try some very delicious local food and helped us take many beautiful photos throughout the trip. Hazem is a very responsible and dedicated guide who really takes care of his guests and makes sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. We truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. If you are visiting Luxor, I highly recommend Hazem as your guide!

Returned from 14 days customized private tour of Egypt and Jordan with Nile cruise for three persons organized by Latif to all our requirements regarding choice of hotels, boat and flight times. He picked us up from the airport and made sure we were always accompanied during all tours up to our return to the airport. We always had the best guides during all the excursions and felt very safe where ever we have been. We highly recommend Deluxe Tours for the professional service and thank Latif, Nevin and all the guides for the vip treatment that they gave us. It was worth every dollar that we paid for this trip.

We spent 3 nights and 4 days in the cruise. We had a great time and our tour guide Walid was very knowledgable of every place we went to, from Abu Simbel to Aswan, Edfu, Luxor. The tour was very jam packed and also included some early mornings but there are time in the day to nap and relax in the sun deck. There is a lot of activities to do and learn about, wouldn’t hesitate to do this tour again. Brilliant!

I didn't know what to expect during the cruise tour but it exceeded my expectations! The cruise was at a good standard with funny staff and great food! Our guide, Waleed was very flexible, caring and attentive and managed the tour/timings well of every temple so we avoided crowds. He also allowed us to see the temples at different times of the day (sunrise/sunset) to give different views. He was very experienced with lots of knowledge about each temple. Thanks Waleed! We had alot of fun!!

Excellent experience overall - Latif at Deluxe Tours assisted us fully in setting up our Nile cruise with Movenpick Royal Lotus. We had lots of questions and changed up or itinerary a couple of times (to make teh cruise work with our dates), and Latif was very patient and helpful. Everything was smooth from start to finish and Latif was available throughout our journey via whatsapp to answer our question and make sure things were going well. The tour guides were for the most part very good, I want to recognize the ladies especially - Heba (at Aswan), Shyma (Noubian Village), and especially Ghada. Ghada was our tour guide for the entire day at Luxor and she was simply outstanding. Very knowledgeable; outgoing, friendly, and really wanted to make sure we ununderstood the incredible history of the sites we were seeing. She is clearly someone loves her country, its culture, and history and is justifiably proud of Egypt while acknowledging some of its difficulties. At the end of the day we enjoyed tea and coffee at her fav spot and chatted away before we said good-bye. I highly recommend Ghada for a tour of Luxor - she is the best of the best. What else? Deluxe tours has terrific ratings on tripadvisor for a reason. They are reliable, easy to work with, and want to ensure that you have a good journey. For the price we paid and the time we had available to spend in Egypt, very highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience in our entire 10 day trip in Egypt with Deluxe tours. All the arrangements were well planned and smooth. A special mention to Nevin who is very knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel like family.

Spent 5 days with Vic touring from Luxor to Abu Simbel. The amount of information that Vic knows about Egypt, the temples, history, and all of the sites was absolutely incredible. He was an amazing storyteller and had an amazingly positive attitude and energy that was infectious. Looking forward to sending my children and mom next year for a tour with Vic so they can learn as much as we did!
