An excellent driving experience and the tour guide (Bertie) was very knowledgeable and friendly xx we did the 3 hour slingshot tour and went to Famara and Timanfaya national park the landscapes were awe inspiring and the cars well maintained xx I would definitely recommend thank you for a great day 😊
On road three wheeler sports car. Great fun and our guide Frank was fantastic. Lots of scenery and quaint stops off the beaten track. Highly recommended
We were fortunate to have just us (2 people/2 vehicles) for our tour time. Frank was a blast! Shared history, places to grab a coffee at one stop, souvenirs, pictures... wonderful stops just a great time! Four thumbs up!
This was a fantastic way to see a bit more of the island of Lanzarote. After a short form filling exercise where the organisers log driving licence details, Bertie then explained the car and the potential hazards of the numerous cyclists on the roads. He then guided us from a support van and gave us his knowledge and fun facts about the island during stops. We were the only couple following, so it very much felt like we were on our own when driving, and we appreciated the smiles and glances as we passed people. My wife did most of the driving, but I did a little, when she wanted to take in more of the views, rather than concentrating on the road. Bertie was friendly and helpful, the car was easy and fun to drive, and all in all the day was very worthwhile. We also paid for the transfer from Costa Teguise. The coach provided was extremely punctual, and took an hour once it had made other stops to pick people up. Other people were doing other buggy and off road experiences with them. Well worth it. The LanzaBuggy centre does have a small shop for souvenirs and drinks. It has toilet facilities and also offers shade inside while waiting for the return pickup coach.
Lots of fun, very organized. A great way to see this amazing island! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lanzarote.
I booked this for myself and my 10 year old son, we were picked up from our resort on time and taken to the activity centre, there we were signed in had a short wait but you can buy drinks and things while you wait for the rest of the groups to register. We were then given a safety breifing by Frank our instructor who was proffesional but very friendly. Once on the road we had an awesome time! the vehicles were great, we went on a drive over to the other side of the island so we got to really experience the cars, we then had a break in a nice town where we could enjoy a drink, after that we had a short drive to a beach were we could take some great pictures and then we had the drive back. The drive back was the best part we came the way throught the volcanic national park and the drive was surreal! once back at the centre we had a short wait then took the minibus back to our resort. I really enjoyed the experience and most importantly it was my 10 year old sons favourite part of our holiday! 10/10 would do this again!
Polaris Slingshot Xtreme excursions in Lanzarote. Another way to get to know Lanzarote. With our German guide we have discovered unforgettable places such as nature parks, experienced coves with high cliffs, hiked mountain trails & strolled through villages & along the coast. It was very cool to ride the Polaris Slingshot.
Run if you're French. The tour was not available in French so we chose English but the pseudo guide obviously does not support French and was very unpleasant systematically setting us aside. Also the visit in Polaris has no interest, as from the road for 3 hours, rent a car it will cost you less.
This was such a great experience and definitely worth the price we paid. Simon our tour guide was fab, made sure we were all informed and safe to travel before we set off. I didn’t drive but my partner said he absolutely enjoyed the experience and would recommend to anyone. Personally for me sitting in the passenger seat taking in the sights (driving through the lava fileds was exceptional) was perfect:.. 100% recommended!!
Amazing 3 hour trip of the beautiful island,on the slingshot's very well organised and made better by our great guide for the day, Bertie This was our second trip with this company, Will definitely be back
