Kein Besuch im herrlichen Istanbul ist ohne den atmosphärischen Gewürzbasar komplett. Eingebaut 1664, als Teil der Yeni Camii. Während der Große Basar der größte und berühmteste überdachte Basar Istanbuls ist, gewinnt dieser Gewürzmarkt den Preis für den farbenfrohesten, duftendsten und meist amüsantesten - da die Besucher die angebotenen Waren probieren können.
Der Beylerbeyi-Palast wurde von Sultan Abdülaziz als kaiserliche Sommerresidenz in Auftrag gegeben. Mit 24 Zimmern, 6 Sälen und einem Hamam wäre es ein richtiges Sommerhaus gewesen und wurde auch zur Unterhaltung von Würdenträgern genutzt. Dies ist auf der asiatischen Seite von Istanbul gelegen.
Die Bosporus-Brücke ist eine von zwei Brücken, die die Bosporus-Straße überspannen und die europäische und asiatische Seite Istanbuls verbinden. Es erstreckt sich von Ortaköy auf europäischer Seite bis Beylerbeyi auf asiatischer Seite und wird manchmal als erste Bosporus-Brücke bezeichnet. Mit einer Länge von 1560 Metern war die Bosporus-Brücke bei ihrer Eröffnung 1973 die viertlängste Hängebrücke der Welt und die erste Brücke zwischen Europa und Asien seit einer Brücke über die Dardanellen im Jahr 480 v. Heute ist es die 21. längste Hängebrücke der Welt. 2007 wurde ein LED-Beleuchtungssystem installiert, um die Brücke bei Nacht zu beleuchten. Mit dem Computersystem wird nun jeden Abend eine farbenfrohe Lichtshow erstellt.

Der Çamlica-Hügel befindet sich auf der anatolischen Seite von Istanbul in der Nähe der ersten Hängebrücke. Camlica, ein Ort mit zwei Hügeln, die den Bosporus und das Marmarameer überblicken, ist eine der beliebtesten Promenaden in Istanbul und auch einer der höchsten und bezauberndsten Orte der Stadt. Camlica liegt 267 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel und die andere 228 Meter.

We had a very well organized day with beautiful views, a bit of culture and history, as well as fantastic food. We found the Bosphorus tour on the Internet and because of its positive reviews, we personally reached it at the agency in Sultanahmet. According to an informative information we have booked for six people. We were picked up in time at 19:45 and the tour started at 20:30. It was all super organized and the crew is very well-rehearsed. The Bosphorus in the evening is definitely worth a trip and Mr. Savas has organized us a fantastic evening. We will be back soon and miss Istanbul!
