We had an amazing time with our guide Huber. He told us many things about the nature and the culture. He was on time and very friendly.
The trip allows for plenty of stops along the way to Puno including a night on chivay. The plaza de armas was quaint with plenty of artisinal shopping and Andean and food tasty treats. Small enough pueblo to see in an overnight trip. The visit to the hot springs was a great experience as it was timed to sunset hours and it was the most natural hot springs I've seen. The tour guides were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our guide was Omar. We enjoyed seeing the llama farm and the vicunas and flamingos along the way. A quick stop to a small tea restaurant was pleasant.
The Arequipa Chivay route and the activities in Chivay were super, the Chivay Puno road the guide didn't know anything we stopped at the same places as the previous route except Lagunillas The first guide whose name was Herman was super good Regarding Nativa Express, which is the agency that took care of everything, I didn't find it very organized in terms of prior communication, I wrote messages and they didn't answer, the info by email was different from what happened: for example: they changed our hotel pickup time and they changed my hotel and upon arriving at the hotel the reservation wasn't made (luckily and thanks to the hotel's willingness they made room for us), and I found out about the time because in Arequipa I saw the agency and I went to ask because they weren't answering my messages The hotel in Chivay was super nice with hot water I liked what I experienced in terms of the landscape
Guide and driver very professional and helpful
The guide Jesus was wonderful. He even taught us some Quechua.
Highly recommended excursion. During the trip to Chivay, you can see vicuñas, alpacas, and llamas, and the panoramic views of the volcanoes are impressive. The dinner with traditional regional dance in Chivay and the hot springs are also highly recommended. The tour of the Colca Canyon is also very interesting; we saw condors just a few meters away. Jesús is a fantastic guide; he explains everything very well and is very kind. He helped us connect with the culture of the region.
A beautiful experience that also allowed us to reach our next destination! The condors are magnificent!
This was a great 2 day tour. Saw a lot of the landscape and the Condors were amazing. At times the bus goes through very high elevation.
Everything excellent, I liked the service.
More relax for a 2 days visit than just a full day to Colca Canyon. Beware of altitude sickness so goes a slower pace. Direct transfer to Puno save time if you go that direction.
