Ihre Sicherheit ist wichtig! Unsere Touren finden in kleinen Gruppen mit maximal 14 Personen statt. Qualifizierter Transport mit ständiger mechanischer Inspektion, Sauerstoffflasche und Erste-Hilfe-Kasten. Alle unsere Reiseleiter und Fahrer sind zertifiziert und verfügen über langjährige Erfahrung. Transport und Reiseleiter holen die Kunden zwischen 7:15 Uhr und 7:45 Uhr von ihren Hotels ab. Bitte seien Sie bis 7:15 Uhr in der Hotellobby bereit. Die maximale Wartezeit für Kunden beträgt 5 Minuten. *Wenn Ihr Hotel nicht auf der Liste steht oder nicht in der Nähe des historischen Zentrums liegt, müssen Sie bis 7:15 Uhr zum Treffpunkt in Jerusalem 604-A gehen.

First, comunication with the team via whatsapp was really good. Pick-up: they were ahead of schedule! The guide. Maya, was super friendly and made us feel welcomed from start. Both days were astounding. First day going up the mountain (up to 4910m) was amazing, thermal bath was really an experience and hotel was OK though a little tight (one room for 3, myself and 2 grown ups...). We didn't have the time though to do the cooking activity (no explanation on that) but the day was really full so OK. Second day with the condors, astounding. One note: all tour operators will take you for lunch to restaurants in middle of nowhere, so it's not exactly free-time nor do you have ability to go elsewhere. Has the advantage of being fast and relatively decent in terms of food. What you prefer is spending time outside rather than in restaurants so in the end a good solution Overall great experience l. Great agency I would recommend

Excellent tour. Recommended to do it with the operator. They treated us very well. The guide and the driver were excellent in driving us and also participating. Recommended in every way.

I will absolutely book with Giardino again. Start to finish my experience was so wonderful. The sights were so beautiful. The places we stopped for food were some of the best I had. The guide and driver and booking agent were all more than I could have considered. The only wish I have is that I had booked more tours with them. Truly.
