The whole saga about charges made us sour but the boat ride was enjoyable
We booked one hour boat ride in Lake Como through TripAdvisor and paid Au$280.60 as advertised. But then to our surprise we were asked to pay an additional amount of €120 on the boat. This is quite annoying that it was not mentioned by TripAdvisor and would consider as ‘bait’ advertising. We reasonably expect that we should be refunded at least half of the amount we paid by TripAdvisor as a goodwill gesture as if known earlier we wouldn’t have booked at the first place.

Fun & Easy tour of Lake Como
Wonderful experience. The communication before the trip was excellent. Lisa quickly identified us on the pier and walked us to the boat. The boat was comfortable, the music, wine and company made the trip unforgettable. The ride and tour was so much fun! A perfect way to see Como from the lake. I will absolutely book with Lisa and Marco next year!

a complete no show , booking confirmed and paid , given a place to catch the boat and a phone number , no answer to repeated calls , complete disaster

Fabulous!
It was a truly unforgettable experience. From the beginning we were greeted with great cordiality and professionalism by the organization, which knew how to make us feel immediately at ease.
The boat was spacious and very well maintained, perfect for our group. During the tour, we were given detailed and interesting explanations about the places we visited, and they also told us anecdotes and stories related to the extraordinary villas and surrounding landscapes.
The view was breathtaking, and our guide made sure to take us to the most suggestive spots, allowing us to take magnificent photos and fully enjoy the beauty of Lake Como. Overall, it was a unique experience, which I highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience Lake Como in an exclusive and authentic way. The impeccable organization and warm welcome made this day very special!
