Not worth the money. Just rode around in a boat on a lake. They gave you audio guide but did not talk about any of the sites. The guides talked more to each other than anyone. I've been on a tour before and they gave you a tour of all the size. We didn't even slow down for maybe but two sites. It literally is just riding on a boat for 30 minutes One direction and 30 minutes back. Save your money and get a private tour.
Good morning, We would like to clarify a few points regarding your review. First of all, you arrived late at the meeting point. Our hostess called to ask where you were, and unfortunately you responded to her in a rude manner. The departure of the tour was delayed because you needed to find a restroom, and we kindly asked all the other guests on board to wait so that you could still join the experience. Regarding the commentary, our audio guide provides information about the main villas, villages, and landmarks along the lake, allowing guests to enjoy each location while the boat cruises at a relaxed pace. In addition, our hostess is always on board to share extra stories, local insights, and interesting anecdotes throughout the tour. While the rest of the group was engaged, listening to the explanations, asking questions, and standing to fully enjoy the views, your companion spent most of the tour on her phone, while you remained seated with your feet on the sofa instead of taking part in the experience. It is therefore difficult to understand your criticism of the tour when you clearly chose not to engage with it. We always welcome fair and constructive feedback, but reviews should accurately reflect the experience that was actually provided.
Ali was our tour guide, and she was so sweet and fun! I really enjoyed the one-hour tour around the lake. The scenery was beautiful, and the views made the experience even more enjoyable.
The lake is beautiful to see and the boat ride was nice to experience. However, our boat had a partial roof on it so you really couldn’t stand up to see out, even though our guide said we could stand and take pictures. The information provided on the audio was informative and interesting but when it gave the details of a specific building along the lake it was next to impossible to figure out which building they were talking about. Our guide only added commentary and pointed out the building on the Clooney Villa and one other one. The rest were unknown. It would have been nice to have the rest of the buildings pointed out. Without that, it was just an expensive boat ride around the lake.
Very friendly team. Very good support with audio guides and bottles of water. Small-group boat trip with insightful commentary that allows you to enjoy the scenery and the various sites. A must-do.
Despite the intense heat, it was a fun ride on a beautiful lake!

Nice experience with my son The guide Mathilda was very professional, she was giving us good explanation. The boat was not too big and confortable. The view from the lac is amazing and all houses are very nice. We spent a nice moment .

Devote itself fine as well as the tour guide. However, the audio guide was not very good because the narration did not describe each of the estates as we passed by. So we did not know where the estate look like as the boat moved forward on the lake.

There are hundreds of villas along Lake Como, and many of them are private residences with little or no historical background to share. Because of this, it would simply not be possible to cover every single property during our tour. Our audioguide has been carefully designed to tell the stories of the most beautiful, iconic, and historically significant villas in the first section of the lake, providing guests with interesting facts and historical insights. To describe every property on the lake, the tour would need to last an entire day. We hope this helps clarify how the audioguide has been structured.
