Reservation was cancelled the day of our pick up from the airport. Not cool!! We had to scramble to find transportation. DO NOT USE!

I messaged the tour director upon our arrival. More than 24 hours later, I still have not received a response. I had to cancel this reservation and find alternate transportation.

Arranged for family at an earlier time. Driver was nearly 2 hours late and was not at airport for us either. After a lengthy 11 hour flight, was willing to pay to mot deal with a strange airport. Driver said she was at meeting location but was not. Made us walk to car which she has on wrong floor. Did it apologize. Will never use Viator pick up again

Our flight was delayed 2 hours coming to Zurich. I noticed the driver and she stayed in contact with me. Passport control took a long time and she still waited for us. Communication was great, vehicle was very nice and she got us to our hotel easily. Highly recommend her!!

We'd scheduled a driver and let them know immediately when we were facing plane delays. I kept in touch all along the way, even when we were faced with more delays. They could've scheduled a different driver or pickup time at the outset of the trip. Instead they said I was a no show and took my money with no consideration of even a partial refund.

We travelled April 2024 with 8 of my family. Private transfer to and from airport were very convenient. Had the same company servicing us and they were amazing! Communications easy, helpful, courteous and price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!
