I added on fifa museum. Playing soccer for over 45 years, this was a must for me. Enjoyed the boat and chocolate factory. Only thing that was a bit annoying was waiting for public transportation in hot sun.
We loved our experience with the tour. The bus was easy to find with google maps as per the destination in the info (Best of Zurich). Its good to arrive 15 minutes before to show your ticket to the booth and then find a seat in the bus. Although, we were not a lot of people which was great. We went in early September 2026 and its the end of tourist season. We met the tour guide, Bernie. She was amazing and helpful. At first it was confusing, because you could be on the tour with people that have chosen different options: Ex: -You could do the tour of the city, short cruise and the chocolate tour -You could choose just the city tour and the long cruise. You get a sticker and the booth in the bus station and it will specify what you chose. For example, we chose the city tour, short cruise and the chocolate tour and our ticket said: cruise and chocolate tour. We thought this was worth it We got to see the city by a tour bus and stop and specific spots to take pictures and the guide would tell us about the history which was interesting. We also got to walk around and see the town and the two big clocks. After that was the Lindt chocolate tour and it was great! Free chocolate and you get to see how its created. For the schedule, We started the tour at 12pm, got to stop to get a quick lunch at a park around 2:30pm and arrived at the Zurich metro station HB by 5:45pm. Bring an empty water bottle. Theres plenty of spots with free fillable water stations. You could bring a snack also. We got a hot dog for lunch at the park and a drink for 17 Swiss Francs. All in all, the tour was fun and the tour guide Bernie was amazing.
Wonderful trip. Monica was such a good tour guide. I highly recommend doing this tour when in Zurich
There is a 30 minute walk through Die Alt Stadt . In the description of the tour I had , it said that we would drive by , and be able to get out and take pictures . Description of tour said 30 minute boat ride . It was only 20 minutes . The hand held guides at Lindt weren’t always working .
Very blah. Tour guide read from a sheet. Sat in a big coach 1/4 filled maneuvering through tight streets. Guide tried but just was boring. She read from a paper. Chocolate tour was better - but they drop you off and you grab an earpiece for the tour.
This was your basic tour of Old Town and then a boat to the Chocolate museum which was great! A confusion about boat times made us miss the boat back though and we had to find a bus back.
Gonzales was a fantastic tour guide
My husband and I had a wonderful experience- bus ride around the city, short history walk, Lindt Chocolate Museum, 30 minute cruise and our guide Renate went above and beyond helping us after the tour to get the correct train and tram. Would recommend this tour.
The Lindt Factory was the star of this tour. We really didn't get much out of pointing to things through the bus window. We did like the boat ride back to the pier.
Enjoyed the cruise and Lindt, however there was a walking part and then walking to the cruise which was not mentioned.
