Fun experience…not too crazy. Good for a first timer. They are very well organized and make sure everything is secured properly.

We booked our 6 tickets through them and it was well worth it. We booked the 10am and there was no line at 930 when we got there so we were allowed right through. Definitely go early or later when there is no wait. Also additional rides are only $15 there after. The ride is over before you know it so definitely enjoy the views.

Be prepared for wind delays! Despite the fact that we had about four wind delays, each was less than 15 min, the ride was great. Totally worth the wait.

Very simple to use. Follow instructions and do have your waiver filled out. It gets you in quickly, the zip line itself was pretty quick and a very nice view.

My 15 year-old granddaughter says the experience was absolutely amazing and I agree. There’s a little bit of wait time between purchasing, getting suited up, and taking off which caused me some increased anxiety. I was scared ****less. The guy who hooked me up, said it was normal and it would be fine, sort of poo pooing my fear but I imagine he was probably used to that! They take great care to put the backpack on, where you store your stuff, and your suit and your helmet. Then they check that you’re all hooked up, and 123 you go! I would definitely do it again! You don’t go until the people in front of you are done. Definitely worth the experience. I just realized there were no pictures of us while we were on the zip line. Only a video and only the pictures you get at the end. I wish they would’ve gotten a shot of us as we were on the line. I did not buy my video so all I have is the picture of the falls at the end. That’s a bummer. The other thing is that the photos that you buy from them have zip line in the left-hand bottom corner, which also kind of ruins the shot. They make you pay for the photos so they shouldn’t put that on it.

Zipline was great! The $$ for the run is high, but we learned the 2nd and additional runs are only $15.00 each. Well worth additional runs. One caveat: best to go early or late in the season because the line moves slowly owing to the time it takes to gear up properly.

Staff were friendly & helpful & gave excellent instructions & were very safety conscious. Fair price. Experience didn’t take as long as we thought as we went very early & there was no queue . Exhilarating experience which we really enjoyed and we first time zip liners .

Amazing experience. Had initially booked for my 2 sons but myself and my husband tagged on too. Would highly recommend to anyone of all ages. It is just phenomenal and the video package at the end was reasonable value for money in comparison to UK attractions. 11/10 - no notes 💅🏻

Thrilling zip down the side of the falls. We have done zip lines before but not like this one. We liked it so much we did it twice. They offered a discount to ride again we just had to do it before 5:00 the same day. However, the lines were getting quite long so we turned around and did it immediately after the first time.
