We had a great time on our Niagara Falls tour. Lina was an excellent tour guide. She was organized, friendly, always calm and ensured everyone had a good experience. The bus was very comfortable and beautifully air conditioned on a hot day. Highly recommend! Thank you Lina.

Great day out with Queen Tours to Niagara. Really attentive guide Paul who made sure we knew absolutely everything we needed to know to make the best of the day in Niagara. Nothing was too much trouble and no question was left unanswered- a really safe pair of hands as well as being super friendly! Really recommend the boat tour - not to be missed tho make sure you don’t mind getting very wet!!! Sounds like a long day but you need all this time to really look around. Could have easily spent an extra hour there. Thoroughly recommend this tour!

You need to buy this ticket and the viewing tower separately if you want to do that, it isn't included. Lina can do that and the helicopter on the day of you decide you want that price is the same as in here.

Enjoyed this tour. Started off at Dineen coffee for pickup, the pastries and coffee were delicious. Lina, the guide was friendly and shared recommendations of activities to do in Toronto. There was plenty of time for shopping and resting maple syrup at the first stop. My son and I did the "Behind the falls" experience and the boat. Both were well worth it. The views were amazing. The bus ride back to Toronto was easy, although it seemed we arrived back during rush hour. This tour could have ended an hour earlier (we had about 1.5 hours of free time after the boat ride) which could help with avoiding rush hour. But otherwise was a great way to spend the day, my 10 year old son really enjoyed himself!

We had a fantastic day at Niagara Falls with Queen Tours! Our tour guide, Nadia, kept everyone well informed throughout the day, clearly explaining the schedule and sharing interesting facts about Ontario's steel industry, the Great Lakes, and other notable landmarks along the way. The coach bus arrived on time, and boarding was well organized. Throughout the day, Nadia regularly did headcounts to make sure no one was left behind. Our bus driver was friendly, and the lighthearted banter between him and Nadia made the ride even more enjoyable. We were able to get a great deal that included both Journey Behind the Falls and the Hornblower Niagara Cruise. I highly recommend doing both! The Hornblower takes you incredibly close to the falls. Although it rained a little, it didn't take away from the experience at all. Surprisingly, you don't get nearly as soaked as you might expect, and it's truly a memorable experience. We also stopped at a maple syrup and chocolate factory. While it was a nice stop, I personally felt it was a bit too long. Thirty to forty-five minutes would have been plenty of time to sample the products, take a few pictures, and grab a quick bite. Once you arrive at Niagara Parks and begin the attractions, time flies, so any extra time there would be appreciated. There's enough time to enjoy the included activities and grab something to eat, but not enough time to fully explore the entire park—which just gives you a great reason to come back! We returned to our hotel a little earlier than expected, which was perfectly fine. After such an early start and a full day of sightseeing, most of us slept comfortably on the ride back. The coach bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. Overall, this tour was well organized, professional, and a lot of fun. I would absolutely recommend Queen Tours. We also found a great deal by booking through Viator, so it's worth checking there for discounts before you book.
