YS Falls, Black River Safari, Appleton Rum Tour ELLER Pelican Bar (Vælg op til 3)

Mark was great! He took us on a historic journey and shared so much with us throughout our visits to YS Falls, Appleton Rim Farm, and the Black Safari River. Since we started early and didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast, Mark bought us a Jamaican Patti, which was quite tasty. My favorite was the Falls, and my husband really enjoyed seeing and learning about the crocodiles.

The driver Marc was wonderful the vehicle was clean and comfortable. I would definitely book another excursion with this tour guide when I come back to Montego Bay

Marc was a brilliant guide, giving us lots of information about Jamaica, the culture and the places that we were going to visit. My wife gets travel sickness and Marc was very accommodating, driving slower and still making sure we had time to see all attractions. The YS Falls were stunning, Appleton Estate was one of the best guided tours we have ever done (with amazing rums!) and Black River was great to see the crocodiles in the wild. Overall, it was an amazing day and well worth the cost of the private experience. Full of laughs, incredible experiences and lots of Jamaica! We would recommend to anyone

This tour was a great way to explore beyond Negril. Our guide Marc was extremely attentive and informative along the way, and knew so much about the island that he shared with me and my mom. He was engaged with us throughout the day, and we could tell he genuinely enjoyed his job. We absolutely loved the Black River Safari boat ride, and the Pelican Bar experience was one of the most unique we have had. Be sure to order some of the homemade ice cream from the bar at the safari company -- it’s delicious!

An amazing experience! I appreciated every moment I had with my driver. He picked us up early, and we weren’t able to eat something before we left the hotel, so he took it upon himself to get us some patties from a place called jucci patties in Jamaica. At the moment, I thought it was such a nice gesture for him to do that because, not many drivers would not go out of their way and do something like that. I really appreciated him. He spent the whole day with us going to each place the excursions included. He made sure we were okay, and in good hands. From YS falls he showed us the tour guide that would take care of us and the tour guide was 10000/100000. As soon as he toured us around YS falls he took my phone and got every angle. All my pictures came out amazing. The next stop was Black River Safari, it was amazing seeing alligators for the first time considering I’m from New York City so I have only seen them in movies. The guide we had for this excursion was great, he told us many new facts about the safari, the animals that live there and he taught us about the water and why it’s called Black River. We were the only ones in the boat so it was a lot of freedom of asking questions and getting to know the safari one on one. Lastly, was my personal favorite the Pelican bar. It was an incredible experience from taking a small boat to going to the Pelican bar which is in the middle of the ocean. It stands strong , and there was a photographer available for pictures to purchase. All in all, the excursion was incredible, the sights were amazing and the guide made me and my husband feel safe, and more knowledgeable leaving Jamacia knowing more.

Mark our driver was awesome. He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. We chatted for the entire ride. He made us feel very comfortable and did not rush any part of our excursions, he also made great recommendations when needed. We definitely recommend his service.

Marc went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, safe, and having fun. Whether we were exploring waterfalls, tasting local cuisine, or learning about Jamaican traditions, he made every moment engaging and meaningful. He had a great sense of humor, perfect timing, and a genuine passion for his country that was infectious.

This was an amazing tour worth the cost and travel. Firstly, it was private and our driver, Mark, was very personable enjoyable and he shared a lot of his culture with us. We were asking about Patties, local Jamaican food. He stopped and we each bought one, yum. We hit YS fall and it was very quiet. Ryan was our guide and took great pictures of us swimming and jumping off ropes. He was not overly friendly but we left before the crowds arrived. A definite must see. We stopped at a local roadside lunch spot where they use wood to slow roast their food. It was very tasty! Then off to a Black river safari. We were the only ones on our boat, our guide didn’t have a lot of animation in his works but smiled and had answers to all our questions. He called a crocodile over like a dog, quite funny. Our guide Mark was with us the whole time. Lastly, we took a boat to Pelican Bay Bar, a floating restaurant/bar. It was very cool and the beer was cold! The food looked amazing (fish was caught right there). It was a great day!!!

It was an amazing day filled with lots of information on the Jamaican history, culture, etc thanks to our wonderful guide Wayne that was so nice to us, caring and so funny.. He explained the history behind each activity we did and also while being in the car….The Black River was so beautiful and calming.. We got to see so many different kind of birds, trees and even crocodiles.. At the Cascade, we got to take beautiful pictures as well and we ended our tour at the Appleton Rum Estate .. We did the tour of the Estate with Danielle and she was amazing.. We learned a lot about how it all started and who is behind the Appleton blending, then she explained the entire chain how they extract the water from the sugar canes, to the molasses? Etc etc and then we ended the tour with the Signature tasting cause we wanted to pay extra to get to taste more exclusives rums and we are glad that we did. I really recommend this tour. My husband and I had an amazing day ☺️☺️
