It’s nice area to relax before flight wasn’t impressed with the “buffet” the waitress took forever to bring drinks went to bar myself and that’s only deal it’s open bar

Its worth it if u have a long layover in MBJ. There is a wide variety of food to choose from and the staff are very friendly and accommodating .

If you value a speedy and stress free airport experience you would definitely value this. The speedy escort towards the departure lounge with the buffet was a godsend on a no sleep night. Got to relax before departure. Word of caution to those who have connecting flights after and wish to purchase duty free liqour, ask for the proper clear sealed bags. This aiport is just notorious for not packaging properly unless asked, havent traveled in awhile and just assumed it was done properly. Not club mobays fault.

This makes for a great place to just relax with your family in the airport while you wait for your flight. Full bar drinks, Buffett style food and clean restrooms make this a must when you are waiting on your flight. Seating is much more comfortable than airport gate seating and there’s just a bit more space than you can get eating at a restaurant in the airport. The food is good and the kids enjoyed it. I believe you’ll get your money’s worth in the more efficient lines through security and in the food and drinks included in the costs.

I use MoBay every time I fly to Jamaica, and it's always one of the best investments I make for my trip. This visit was no exception. Our arrival guide wasn't as bubbly and energetic as the guides we've had on previous trips, but that wasn't a big deal and certainly didn't diminish the overall experience. I especially want to recognize the departure lounge. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The bartender, the waitstaff, and every staff member who assisted us provided outstanding customer service. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. The service was truly superb and made our trip home relaxing and enjoyable. MoBay continues to provide a first-class experience, and I'll definitely keep using the service every time I visit Jamaica.

It was nice once we got there, but they aren't really helpful with telling you where to go , you have to ask..

The staff were amazing from the time I entered the lounge. They seated me straight away and once I was settled they came and ask me what drink I would like. You could have any sort or alcohol drinks. Once she brought the drinks she told me to help myself to the buffet when ready. There was a good choice of food, but It would have been nicer if there were more Caribbean food as we were in Jamaica. It needed to be topped up more often, as people went for certain dishes. When using the bathroom, I was escorted by a staff member, who went ahead, refreshed one of the cubicles first. Then I went in and used the toilet. I found this very pleasing, as at time although bathrooms in these places are fairly clean, they went beyond to make sure the they were really well presented for each guest. Generally It was a calm and relaxing experience and a lovely place to relax comfortablely before flying. I would recommend this lounge, as it beats sitting around in the general areas of the airport waiting for a few hours in uncomfortable chairs. Although my flight was delayed a further hour or so, I did not feel as pressured as you can do waiting around, because I got to relax a few hour before take off. I posted a few pic of me when I first arrived and left. I had braids and no tan and took them out a few days before. You can mecwirh a tan.
