Firehole Canyon Drive er en 2-mile ensrettet vej ud for Grand Loop syd for Madison. Drevet har et vandfaldsudsigt og svømmeområde.
Langs Fountain Paint Pot Trail vil du se forskellige hydrotermiske træk, der er udtryk for Yellowstones stadig aktive vulkan. Old Faithful ligger i Yellowstones Upper Geyser Basin i den sydvestlige del af parken. The weather was brutal…super hot…but of course, no one cn control that. Our guide, Alex, was super cool, knowledgable, courteous and overall…just great with a multigenerational group with really different walking abilities, interests, etc. The suggestions I have pertain to issues between the guide service and the booking company. The communication I had with the booking service was not good. I literally had a “confirmation” from the booking service (is that Viator?…I don’t know know) that our group would be picked up at West Yellowstone the day of the tour when I had another confirmation the day before that we’d be picked up at Tower Junction, WY. That was not cool and caused some anxiety all the way around. Also, I’d recommend at least an option for some upgraded lunch choices. That would cost more, but it would have been a nice option. The park is great. Our guide was really great. Work on the interface between Viator and the guide service.

Jack, at Casanova Tours was our private tour guide for the four of us. We had not been to Yellowstone before. Jack was amazing and fun with his great knowledge and first-hand experience. He was very flexible in showing us the things we wanted to see most. We amazingly saw 3 Grizzly bears at a reasonable distance and a lot of other wildlife, as well as the many sights of the park.
