My wife and I chose Casanova's to help celebrate our 23rd anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. From the very beginning, Tauni and the team provided outstanding communication and customer service. Every question was answered promptly, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. What really blew us away was discovering that our two-day tour was a private experience. We had expected to be part of a group tour, so having a personal guide for two full days was an incredible surprise and made the trip feel even more special. Our guide, Jackson, was simply phenomenal. His knowledge of Yellowstone's history, geology, plant life, and wildlife was remarkable, and he shared it in a way that was both informative and entertaining. More importantly, he took the time to understand what interested us most and customized the experience accordingly. His flexibility, local expertise, and keen eye for wildlife turned every stop into an unforgettable memory. Because of Jackson's guidance, we saw and experienced far more than we ever could have on our own. He seemed to know exactly where to be and when, and his recommendations consistently led to some of the highlights of our trip. What stood out most was how the entire Casanova team made us feel. We never felt like just another reservation—we felt like valued guests whose anniversary celebration truly mattered. Yellowstone is an amazing destination, but having the right guide can completely transform the experience. Jackson and Yellowstone's Casanova's Guided Tours did exactly that for us. 10/10. We had two full days of private guided tours (Lower Loop & Upper Loop) with Jackson booked directly through Casanova Tours. It was fantastic! Jackson was very knowledgeable about the park and the animals and provided an excellent, friendly, and informative atmosphere. We gave him a list of the animals and sites we wanted to see, and he worked his tail off to make it happen. I booked directly through Tauni, the owner of the company, and she was great to work with. We saw grizzlies, wolves, nesting peregrine, mountain goats, black bears, and migrating American Avocets! It's not guaranteed, but because of Jackson's knowledge, we were in the right place at the right time for the animals we wanted to see. Also plenty of room in the vehicle for a family of four. We will be back, and I won't use another tour company. I've met their guides, Jackson, Jack, and Isaac, and they are all excellent. Great work, Casanova Team!

Two day private tour of Yellowstone National Park we did with Casanova Tours was absolutely excellent. Both guides, Jack on day one and Isaac the second day, were very good, friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable about the park, its history, geology, geography and inhabitants. We saw multitude of grizzly bears as well as a wolf running among bison herd as well as other, more commonly encountered animals. Tour of active geological sites was very interesting. I would highly recommend touring the park with the guides. When going through YNP ourselves after the tour, we realized that we would have never seen what we saw with Jack and Isaac on our own.

We had the most amazing 2 days in Yellowstone with Casanova Tours. Day 1 was wildlife spotting with Jack and Dayne. This was such an amazing experience, we saw two grizzly bears and three wolves along with ravens taking turns eating a bison carcass. This is a very rare experience as they were just across the river less then 100 yards away. We were sharing space with professional photographers (National Geographic, Discovery, etc.) there for this rare event. We saw more wildlife including 3 more grizzly bears including a sow with cub and a black bear. There were bison, elk, a pine marten and various hawks, eagles and other birds. It was a magical day, we even saw some of the thermal features and took a short hike to see a waterfall. Jack was incredibly knowledgeable about all the animals and was very adept at spotting them, he also has deep knowledge about the park and was happy to share it. Day 2 with Alex was all about the thermal features and landscapes. We saw old faithful, the chromatic springs, waterfalls, and so many beautiful views. Alex was so knowledgeable and taught us so much. Her enthusiasm and joy infused the entire day. My favorite part was filming the red dogs (baby bison) they are so fun and cute. We had the best time! If you are considering a tour in Yellowstone or the Tetons we strongly recommend Casanova Guided Tours. Our experience was fantastic, the vehicles, snacks, guides and equipment were all top notch.

Jack and Jackson were excellent guides, extremely well versed about the park and passionate about the wildlife. Going with a guide means you will go to areas most likely to see active wildlife throughout your tour, grizzleys and wolves included. The geothermal tour on day two was designed to see the features at the best times of day and avoid some traffic. Definitely worth traveling with guides who know and love the park.

We did a private full-day tour of the Tetons, and then a 2-day private tour of Yellowstone (Upper & Lower Loops) with our group of 7 friends. We had three different tour guides, and everyone was as knowledgeable, passionate, professional, and friendly as the next. The price was reasonable compared to other tour companies we looked into. Lunch, water, and snacks were provided. I cannot recommend Casanova Tours highly enough. They are a great company that provides great tours!

Wonderful tour! Highly recommend! Mikayla and Isaac did a great job! Our party of 6 enjoyed our trip so much and saw so many animals. It was great to not have to worry about driving anywhere, as our guides knew exactly where to go and what to see!
