Det, du vil gøre, vil være en autentisk sanse- og kulturoplevelse. At lave frisk pasta i hånden er en tradition, der er dybt forankret i Salento-kulturen, og dette kursus giver dig en praktisk fordybelse i det lokale liv og skikke, der går ud over traditionelle turistoplevelser. Læring vil være praktisk og sjovt, og kurset giver dig mulighed for at udvikle en færdighed, som du kan tage med hjem og gentage med venner og familie. Kurset henvender sig til små grupper og opfordrer derfor til direkte interaktion med værterne. Mens de laver pasta med deres egne hænder, vil gæster have mulighed for at stille spørgsmål, lytte til historier og modtage personlig opmærksomhed; af denne grund vil der blive skabt et menneskeligt bånd, der beriger oplevelsen. Kurset er perfekt for dem, der rejser som et par, familie eller små grupper, hvilket giver mulighed for en intim og sjov deling af den kulinariske oplevelse.

We had the BEST time cooking with Lisa and Fabio!!! Not only did they provide transportation but they were such gracious hosts. We enjoyed aperitif and wine before enjoying our pasta, all of which were delicious! I cannot recommend this experience enough. We even got to meet their puppy, Joey!!🩷 thank you again to Lisa and Fabio!! Amazing and authentic and experience - I will be back!
Fabio and Lisa met the whole group in town and transported us to their lovely home. We had a brilliant evening enjoying the activity, the food, the plentiful wine and the company. We gained lots of knowledge about the area and enjoyed meeting new people.
An Unforgettable Night in Lecce! We had the absolute best time taking a pasta-making class with Lisa and Fabio in Lecce. From start to finish, the entire evening was a wonderful experience. Lisa and Fabio are fantastic teachers. They were incredibly patient with everyone and taught us two fun new pasta techniques that we cannot wait to try at home. The class is also highly social. We loved meeting new people and making new friends around the cooking table. To make things even better, they served wonderful appetizers and delicious wine throughout the event. What truly sets Lisa and Fabio apart is their incredible hospitality. We accidentally forgot our pasta tools after the class, and they went completely out of their way to deliver them to our hotel the very next day. Everything they did went above and beyond our expectations. If you are visiting Lecce, do not miss this class! Thank you, Lisa and Fabio, for a beautiful memory. Donna, Doug & Tracy
I can't even begin to explain how wonderful this experience was. I went with my husband and 3 adult children. Lisa and Fabio were exceptional hosts. They picked us up and brought us to their home and treated us like family. We had appetizers and wonderful wine and then the instructions began. Lisa was so patient and such a great teacher. Fabio was also great with instruction and he took wonderful pictures and video's that he shared with us. We had wine with our lesson and they treated us to a wonderful desert. We all agreed it was the highlight of our week in Italy. We have been making pasta every Sunday with the entire family, 5 grandkids and 6 adults, since we returned home. We had the most fabulous evening with Lisa, Fabio (and Joy). Such a warm couple who invited us into their lovely home. We felt like good friends from the start. We learnt so much about Italian traditions and the pasta making experience was amazing. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to learn about Italian wine and pasta.
The whole experience was above and beyond wonderful- the added bonus of transportation was really nice- Lisa and Fabio are very friendly and welcome you into their home like family- it was so fun to learn how to make pasta - I felt really uncoordinated but they assured us as beginners we did ok- Lisa makes wonderful homemade appetizers and Fabio shares his knowledge about local wines he offered us to try- the pasta and sauce were amazing!! She also does a homemade Panna Cotta and homemade Limoncello- the evening was just so much fun !! I would highly recommend this as a true Lecce experience not to be missed- Lisa also sends the recipes so you can recreate at home- I hope mine are as good
words can't describe what a amazing experience this was .. to learn from an expert and wonderful teacher like Lisa to make delicious homemade pasta. Very much a unique experience!!! Along with her husband Fabio they created an atmosphere of friendship and fun!!!
5 stars isn’t enough. Fabio and Lisa were wonderful hosts, so knowledgeable, so generous and so full of joy. We made two different varieties of pasta from scratch, and ate them both with two delicious sauces. Before that some homemade appetisers, and a delicious dessert after. If you like good wine, good food, and good people then this is the cooking class for you. Pugliese food and people at its purest and best
Lisa and Fabio were absolutely fantastic! They were so warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. There was so much story telling involved which made the experience feel very special. Lisa sending the recipes for pasta and sauces after the class is such a nice touch. She also very kindly sent us recommendations for the local area. 10/10 would recommend this class to anyone in the area. ❤️
This was one of our favorite experience during our time in Italy! Lisa and Fabio were the perfect hosts and teachers. We drank wine and had delicious homemade appetizers on their patio and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them! The pasta making was a blast; and the taste-amazing!
