The place is beautiful, except for the hike, which is a bit tiring on the last stretch, but worth the effort. Take the opportunity to take photos with the llamas; they're amazing.

The view is beautiful, but the walk is quite tiring. We left Cusco towards the colorful mountain. It is 02:30h drive by car on asphalted road without asphalt, and, in this part, winding. The climb can be done by horse. We did on foot. Although not sedentary, I felt tired. Breathing is impaired by altitude. On the way there are points with bathrooms (costs two Soles, the use). There is also sale of chocolates, bullets, coca tea and something like an essential, scented oil, which is said to help in breathing and to prevent the evil of altitude. After we reached the top we even forgot the suffering of the rise. There are places with lamas for photography. There is also sale of cooked food on site (alpaca fried - did not taste). The structure is small, but worth a visit. There are hands, made of stone, where it is possible to take photos and on top already quad bikes and motorcycles, but I did not see where they went up, surely on a different road from pedestrians and animals.
Firstly the cost is too high for the tour. The tour usually starts at 06:00, with the departure from the hotel, and lasts on average 02h until the breakfast stop, lasting around 01h, and then more than 02 hours on a dangerous road, with slopes, to reach the point near the Mountain. If you do not use the quad bikes or horses, it is a walk of approximately 01h30 to the Mountain. If you close the ride, with quad, take something to your face and prepare to get dirty from dust. And stays on average 01 hour in the mountains, only for photos! And the return to the hotel, it takes about 05 to 06 hours, lunch around 15:30. In short, a ride of more than 12 hours, on a dangerous road, exposed to intense cold and return Pro hotel all dirty of dust.
Buenas noches, primeramente tu NO realizaste el tour con nosotros. Nuestro tour de nosotros inicia 4:30 am y no 6am como indicas. Nosotros a nuestros pasajeros brindamos toda la información antes de su visita a la Montaña de colores si tu agencia no te brindo esos detalles debes calificar a ellos directamente y no perjudicar a nosotros. Debes quitar tu comentario y quejarte directamente con la empresa que te vendió el tour. Y por otro lado nosotros no ofrecemos cuatrimoto ya que no es recomendable. Tu malestar es por que no tenías idea de la Montaña de colores tu agencia te debió indicar. La Montaña de colores es bella y majestuosa siempre y cuando tu sepas valorarla, esta lejos de Cusco es por eso que se inicia de madrugada para que tengas tiempo de apreciar y recorrer el lugar!

Worst organisation ever… they just forgot to pick us up at 04:30 in the morning, not reachable on the phone and at 06:30 they say sorry we forgot and we refund you… as you can imagine with limited time in Cusco this is not a way on how to deal with customers, not being reachable, not offering an alternative and just saying sorry here is your refund is not good enough! Better not to book anything here
Good afternoon, you were actually not picked up since there was a confusion. The transfer arriving at the Marriott Hotel was heading to reception and found a couple of tourists leaving who responded to the name of Emma and Sebastian, who confirmed that they were going to the 7-color mountain Vinicunca. The transfer left with them. And I attach the video of the lady who confirms her name Emma. You wrote to our agent and he tried to communicate the mobility without success since he was en route and without signal, he wanted to send a car to catch up but had problems, for this reason our agent made the decision to refund you. I apologize a lot but it is an issue that got out of hand, even more so that the 2 tourists confirmed that it was them since the lady is also called Emma and they are from the same hotel and were going to the same destination. Visit the mountain of 7 colors and along the way snow began to fall and it was something amazing. A very unique experience.
Very good experience! They came looking for us at the agreed time and the schedules and expectations were met perfectly. Guides with all the information and answering all the questions we asked them. I would repeat without hesitation for next occasions!
