This is not a tour. This is only a ticket to the Sisi Museum. Plus it gives you a time and I had to stand around and wait to get in. The museum is very hot and crowded but it’s nice to walk through. You can buy one by yourself at the counter for a lot less. There is no line. Do not book this! Just go buy a ticket. The gardens are free. I felt like this was a scam. I’ve done over 30 tour through Viator. This was the most disappointing .

Its worth to see Sisi Museum. However this package didint include the gardens, meeting point was wrong and took us to library and there was only one Queue so no skipping the line. It was just Sisi Museum. But still a must to see in Vienna.

This is a scam. It is just a ticket to sisi museum which costed more if buying the ticket directly. The guide is just the audio guide included for free in the official ticket. It doesn’t include any access to any other part of hofberg palace. The garden is free to everyone too.
The booking directions in the Viator app brought us up to the left side of the palaces front door. There was no sign there with further instruction. Sisi was the only item written at the top of our ticket and we had purchased and confirmed with customer service that our ticket was good for all three areas, sisi. Hofburg, and gardens. We found the sisi entrance quite far away from the designated meet point in Viator after asking at three ticket booths, hofburg front entrance, hofburg ticket counter, and hofburg side tour entrance. we then found the sisi entrance about 40 minutes later after a lot of walking. The directions in the Viator app were quite misleading. Our ticket only said sisi tour on it and the palace didn’t let us in when they saw it, so it would have been better to include that information of all the features you purchased entry to on the actual ticket. We only got into sisi today. We enjoyed sisi but this was a frustrating experience since they wouldn’t let us into the other two features included in our tickets. Customer service helped early on helping us find the sisi entrance, but it was very late in the day, 90 minutes after our booking time that we got to the palace. Ticks at that point weren’t accepted. A lot of time was consumed asking for assistance and directions. Viator needs accurate directions to each of the three entrances on this ticket.

Easy and accessible tickets to the palace. The museum is very crowded so choose an early time. Tickets were easily accessible.

Wrong meeting point and did not receive a ticket. After multiple searches in the app and emails, no ticket was available.

no tour guide to meet you which is difficult because the German speaking staff tell you to look for your tour guide’s conpany flag
