An unforgettable experience. Good value, and Matteo who met us was friendly and helpful. The evening we went, the lake was particularly choppy, making it initially quite hard to steer, though it calmed down once we were some distance beyond Como city itself, and we found our stride. A beautiful way to see the beautiful lake, and pinpoint where you're staying and all the places you've been.

It was the first time I sailed with sun boat, it was just fantastic. I got clear and simple explanations and instructions, the rest went by itself. Definitely worth repeating!

Not bad but 1 hour is too short, I recommend a little more in order to enjoy it. Warning ⚠️ unpleasant surprise upon our arrival, we had to pay 25 euros extra for fuel... Not cool.... Yes, the staff is super welcoming!

Very friendly, however it was not very clear that we had to pay on-site in addition to the reservation, 25 euros per hour for the boat fuel.

We got to meet the boat guy after a quick chat via whatsapp and a call from him. He was kind and friendly. We set up the contract and payed the rest off our bill. No extra unwanted charges. He gave us a short explanation and off we got. We got stopped by the police by boat shortly after departure. Quite exiting, but everything was good, so great reassurance that this provider is legal in operation. We had a great time on the water. I recommend it. The offer was Cheaper than the rest of the competitors in como, but there are a few cheaper options around the lake.

This was a great short boat ride! We were able to go find a cove and go swimming! The boat was nice and was a decent speed. I would say that leaving and docking was a bit hard just because there were so many boats at the same time. Other than that it was awesome!

The instructor spoke almost no English and therefore could not answer questions about the traffic or behavioral rules on the lake. The guys were friendly, but they argued continuously with the pier security about whether we were allowed to be on the pier or not. We only had a short briefing on the speed levels, and we didn't really find out how things work with the insurance either. When we were on the water, we constantly had to struggle with the waves from speedboats and ferries, so unfortunately we couldn't go into the water in a relaxed way. On the page on We were not allowed to drive where the villas are located. All in all, we spent 250€ for 2 hours on a small, wobbly boat and were glad when we were back down. Anyone who wants a relaxing evening should rather book a speedboat with a driver..

We only allow guests to leave once we are confident they have understood the instructions and know how to operate the boat safely. We are also sorry that you witnessed the discussions at the dock. As you noticed, the pier is very small and shared by many boats, so departures must follow a strict order to ensure everyone's safety. This can occasionally create some confusion during busy periods, but it does not affect the quality or safety of our service. Regarding the waves, Lake Como is a public lake where ferries and other motorboats operate throughout the day. The water conditions and waves created by other vessels are beyond our control and are a normal part of navigating on the lake. You also mentioned that you could not relax while driving the boat. It is important to remember that you chose to rent a self-drive boat, which is intended for guests who are comfortable navigating independently. If you were looking for a completely relaxing experience without the responsibility of driving, we also offer boats with a professional skipper, allowing you to simply sit back and enjoy Lake Como. Finally, the navigation limits you mentioned are not set by us but are based on local regulations and safety requirements, which are explained during the briefing.
