Late- very late
As of writing this review, the driver is already 30 minutes late for pick up. His last communication with me was claiming the traffic is bad. Aren’t these companies supposed to be waiting for the travelers instead of the other way around? Our flight was on time and I see very little reason why we are still waiting.
It was an hour by the time we got picked up and I’m the car.
I feel bad giving this review but customers are expecting better service than this. The driver was apologetic but our mood was already ruined

Upon reviewing your booking, we noticed that the destination was incorrectly specified as South Ubud instead of North Ubud, where your hotel is located. We had sent an email to reconfirm and adjust the booking, but unfortunately, we didn't receive a response. As a result, our driver arrived at the agreed meeting point, but the incorrect location caused the delay.
We'd like to explain that our driver encountered unexpected traffic congestion due to roadblocks near the airport, which further contributed to the delay. We kept you informed about the situation via WhatsApp and provided directions for our driver to meet you.
As a gesture of goodwill, we'd like to offer a complimentary service for the additional distance traveled to North Ubud. We understand that traffic in the morning can be unpredictable, and we hope you can appreciate the circumstances.
We value your feedback and would like to clarify that we strive to provide the best possible service despite unforeseen circumstances like traffic. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Smooth and pleasant
Efficient communication with driver by WhatsApp before and after arrival, no problem finding him in a crowd of other drivers at Denpasar airport. Smooth ride in a comfortable van to outer hotel in Ubud. Nice conversation and friendly attitude. Overall great service . I would not hesitate to book with them again.

Hassle free, pleasant transport service
