Uluwatu Temple er tæt forbundet med en Holyman ved navn Mpu Kuturan, der kommer til Bali øen i år 1039 e.Kr., og i tiden var der få kulturer grundlagt i Bali, alle lever i harmoni og tolererede hinanden. Derefter forener han alle kulturer bliver Tri Murti koncepter. Og på hans åndelige rejse, som på det tidspunkt han bygger 17 templer, og en af dem er Uluwatu tempel.
Kecak Dance spilles af omkring 50 mænd ved at råbe ordene CHAK, og temastagen, som de spillede taget fra historien om Ramayana. Som fortæller om Sri Rams rejse er en inkarnation af Gud med sin bror Laksmana for at befri sin kone Sita, som blev kidnappet af Rahwana, kongen af Alengkapura.

Wayan was amazing. He was very considerate of my experience as a young tourist— made certain I explored Uluwatu to the full extent with the Kecak dance show and Monkey temple. He took my photos, too. Dinner was fantastic and very fresh! Generous staff, as well. Wayan was kind and gave superb treatment throughout the entire day, from hotel pick-up to drop off. My experience was entirely worthy, as well as memorable. Reasonable prices. Would visit again in the future. :)

It was a nice drive and good dancing and entertainment. The sunset was so so because of clouds. Our driver Jacky did an excellent job for us. He is A very safe and courteous driver. He knew all about the country and explained things well to us.

We had an amazing experience touring Uluwatu temple with Widi.From the moment the tour started, it was clear that he was a very experienced and knowledgeable guide. He made sure we arrived at every destination on time, kept us safe throughout the afternoon, and knew all the little tricks and local insights that helped everything run smoothly. Widi went above and beyond by taking plenty of photos for us, allowing us to enjoy the experience without worrying about capturing the perfect shot. Jacky went above and beyond. I’d highly recommend this tour. He was well prepared to ward off the wild monkeys at the temple and found us good seats to see the sunset as well as the show. The best part? Jacky took us to this local restaurant that had the best suckling pig aka “Babi guling” - we would not have found this local gem without jacky.
