Machu Picchu itself was very good, but most of all, the guide was very kind, and the guide who could speak Japanese was very helpful
Thank you very much for your help. Thank you for arranging Machu Picchu tickets and tours 😄 The first guided tour was a great one, not only for Machu Picchu architecture, but also for the Inca way of thinking and religion. That made me even more interested in Inca civilization and South American culture, and I was able to spend a very fulfilling time thinking about the history and so on that were taught to me during the next day's free time tour. Thank you so much 😊
This tour is recommended because it was very satisfying. From Cusco, we took the Intercaleir bus and train to the village of Aguascalientes. It was close because it was a hotel near Coricancha in Cusco, but he showed us on foot to the bus stop in Incalair. It was morning, so we ate what we bought in the streets of Cuzco and in front of the boarding area of Ollantaytambo, and we traveled to the village of Aguascalientes. I think we can get food because there were on-board sales. The railway is single track, so waiting occurs when oncoming traffic is delayed. They needed an extra hour or two. We visited Circuit 1 (around the ruins - overhead view) in the afternoon of arrival with the intention of spreading the risk of rain, and Circuit 2 (inside the ruins) at 6:30 the next day. We had experienced local guides in Japanese on an individual basis, so we enjoyed learning a lot both times. Circuit 2 was quite satisfying as it also gave me a unique view of the rainy season. We met up with the guide just in time for the ticket. The guide had this mug shot, so as long as you relax around the gate, it's fine. The toilets at the entrance to the ruins were not flushed, and a royalty of 2 sols was not required. I don't know if it's the right time or if it's a breakdown, but it's a bit tricky. We stayed at the El MaPi Hotel. We had dinner at the hotel, and there were many restaurants that were easy to get into, so I recommend that one too.
I've always wanted to go to Machu Picchu, but I did and was impressed by the scale of it. The guide was also fluent in Japanese and answered many questions.
The drivers and guides were all very kind and kind to explain. "I was thinking, "Machu Picchu = climbing mountains is hard,"" he said, "but there are many different routes for Machu Picchu sightseeing, and the tour I took was one where there was no climbing, so I was like, "I got to see that beautiful scenery without struggling!"" That is my honest impression. I think it depends on the weather, but on the day we went, there was cloud movement and we could enjoy various Machu Picchu scenery. The route was determined by ticket, and our ticket was to enter the ruins, look around with various explanations, and at the end of the course, we made a choice on the spot to see either the Temple of the Condor or the Stone of Astronomy (Water Mirror). Thank you to all the guides!!! It was a very satisfying course, but the more comfortable it was, the more I wanted to see other things on the course with the climb! The entire trip to South America was subject to reschedule due to some flight delays on the way home, but they were quick to respond and we enjoyed it to the very end! Thank you so much for your support!!
• Tough road: From Japan, we traveled via Los Angeles Lima Cusco and finally took a bus and train to Machu Picchu village. The journey of more than 30 hours in total, honestly, was almost heartbreaking, wondering if we were there yet. • Flow of the day: The next morning, at 6am, I joined my Japanese guide. The bus stand was very crowded, but thanks to the reservation, we got to the entrance in about 20 minutes. • Remains impressions: We chose "Course 2 (visit to the ruins + photo)" and climbed a steep staircase filled with fog. There was detailed explanation in Japanese, and it was good to visit while understanding the historical background. • Landscape and physical condition: I couldn't put into words how inspiring it was to see that spectacular view after all the hard work we had to do. My guide told me not to miss a chance to take a photo because I was amazed by the scenery that changed in seconds! Regarding altitude, I was able to spend more time physically than I had expected because Machu Picchu is lower than Cusco (about 3,400m). After returning from Machu Picchu to Cusco, I had symptoms of altitude sickness and on my way back I was physically straining all the way to Japan! Still, it was a trip I was glad to go on!
The journey to Machu Picchu was smooth, and when we arrived at the ruins, it was foggy and we couldn’t see anything, but when it cleared in an instant and appeared right in front of us, we were impressed! The guide explained a lot of things to me and took photos at photo spots, so I was able to spend some valuable time. Thank you so much 😊
My itinerary for Cusco and Machu Picchu was very well organized, and although I was initially concerned about altitude sickness, I had enough time to adjust and was able to enjoy the trip comfortably. The guide who accompanied me on the private tour provided excellent explanations and support, including taking photos, which made my visits to the ruins and the city truly memorable. I am grateful for the thoughtful care throughout the journey.
It was rainy season and we had to worry about rain, but we could enjoy Machu Picchu ruins in good weather. The guide who was in charge explained it to me in Japanese specifically (?) because I don't speak Spanish or English, and he took a lot of photos. Thank you very much.
We had an accident where our scheduled flight was cancelled and we had to go to Ollantaytambo on our own, but they followed up with an email immediately and managed to join the tour halfway through. It's a great company with great service that no major company has. I recommend 👍️
