There seemed to have been some confusion. We waited for over an hour before finding the driver, when we we originally told he would be awaiting our flight with our name on a card.
Never got picked up. Driver never answered phone. 2 different agents told me 2 different stories DONT DOT USE THE COMPANY

Fabricio was awesome. Great communication to make meeting at the airport flawless. Very safe driver who also gave us a lot of useful & interesting information about Guanajuato. As a bonus he returned our lost sweater to the hotel after we left it in the car accidentally. All around top notch service!

Very friendly and drove very well. I felt very comfortable with my driver Ivan. He was on time and suggested some places I might visit. This was my first time using this service and it was great.
Never got picked up reached out but was not able to communicate with anyone due to how early it was. Had to find another way to airport to not miss my flight.
Our transfer was excellent. Great communication with our driver Fabrisio; Our meeting point and what he was wearing so we could easily identify him. Would highly recommend. He also provided us with some good touristy information.
Many bad Viator transport providers> Airport pick up and drop off service. Paid 100% in advance. Booked well in advance. Sent 5 detailed emails showing the hotel's location and pick-up door in the days leading up to the flight. Sent directions for the driver that were never passed on to him or her, Just my cell number was shared. I sent my mobile #, email, and the hotel phone # and email. Tried the morning of departure to call Viators and TEBJS the transfer service - no answer, no callback. Had the hotel call several times and they had no luck. Half an hour after the pickup time I flagged a cab down in the street, paid an exorbitant fare and just made my flight with help from airline personal at the check-in Viator charges a premium and appears to do know due dilligence. In the end, I got an email 45 minutes later telling me they could not provide the service. After several emails describing the mess they refunded me for the service they never provided but never compensated me for the additional costs I incurred, Being stranded and being ignored in a foreign city is not worth the risks of trusting Viator.

We truly enjoyed our trip to Guanajuato. The first person to greet us and give us the first impression of how our trip was going to be was Fabricio, our driver. He was extremely polite, friendly and very welcoming. We didn't have to wait for him. He was waiting for us inside the airport. The ride from BJX airport to our hotel in Guanajuato was very enjoyable. He gave us recommendations on things to do during our trip. Great service at an affordable price. Thanks to him, we had a great trip.
Patricio was excellent. His command of English is great, and he was incredibly helpful. We would recommend him again with no hesitation.
