Identificer dig selv ved at vise din voucher til leverandøren, for hvem vi fungerer som bookingagent. Ændringer i afhentningstider skal anmodes om til din leverandør eller bookingagent mindst 24 timer før afgang. Hvis ændringen accepteres af leverandøren, sker det på eget ansvar. Vi kan ikke påtage os noget ansvar for kunder, der ikke bliver afhentet til tiden og efterfølgende går glip af fly eller fremrejse, hvis detaljerne i reservationen er ændret, og vi ikke er blevet informeret i overensstemmelse hermed. Marco and Giovanna were a dream team in making our transfer from the cruise port to our hotel in Venice seamless and worry-free. Highly recommend.
Marco and Giovanna were a dream team in helping our extended family of 6 transfer from the Ravenna cruise port to our Venice hotel. Marco made the drive seem easy while also providing info of the sites along the way and tips for our stay in Venice. Giovanni expertly took us from water taxi through a short route to our hotel door. It helped us get started on a wonderful bookend stay at the end if our cruise.
Excellent communication from the company. While the driver did not speak much English, he was professional and courteous from start to finish. We were most impressed at how he helped us secure a water taxi in Venice ahead of our arrive and how he helped us with our bags to get to said Water Taxi. The price was also definitely a fair one for the transfer compared to other options we explored.

The driver drove pretty fast and passed rows of cars with significant oncoming traffic. It was a little concerning however, when in a foreign country understand there may be differences in driving styles.

The drive from Ravenna to Venice was great. The driver provided water bottles for all 6 of us passengers. Driver arrived at the cruise port early, which was perfect timing of us getting off the cruise.
