If I could leave a 0 rating I would. Our driver never showed up. We waited in the reception hall for 90 minutes. I messaged the activities manager multiple times without a response. I called no answer. I was forced to take a cab. I I should get my money back!!
I booked an airport transfer to a reputed airport hotel with this service because it was recommended by booking.com. London Heathrow had issues with their air traffic control and there were backlogs on the immigration queues though my flight arrived on time. As a result my exit from the airport was delayed through no fault of mine. I continously updated Marble Tours of the situation from the time I landed yet they made no allowance for any issues of this nature. They eventually cancelled the booking because ot was an hour and 45 minutes when I made it through Heathrow Immigration. Bear in mind they despatch the driver/chauffeur after 45 minutes, they still cancelled on me and I was charged the full fee. Needles to say I will NOT BE USING RHEIR SERVICES EVER AGAIN. There are plenty of other services who provide Heathrow transfers for far less money charged. To booking.com, you'd do better to recommended better transport providers than Marble Tours
Hi, we are sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant journey with us. Unfortunately, when you booked through any online platform like booking.com they make sure we follow their policy guide. We can not keep driver once waiting time is finish even any passenger agree to pay for waiting time. Once again, we are sorry for this unpleasant experience but things was not in our control.
Tried contacting provider about meeting location three times with no response. At airport nobody there to meet us. Called provider and he said he didn’t have a booking for us nor any from Viator. I informed him it was paid in full and we had a ticket. Again his response was he had no booking. Currently trying to get our money back.
