Our driver, Alexander, was outstanding. On the way to our destination, he took time to show us some sites and give us a little history about Panama City. He went well above what we were expecting of the experience with him, taking us to the airport.
Driver met us at the port on time and drop us off at the airport - perfect and easy. Car had A/C very much appreciated.
In our case, we were told by Viator that our driver cancelled our reservation. However, we were still charged by Viator and continued to receive notifications about our upcoming experience, even though it had been cancelled. The experience leader contacted me personally to tell me that he could do the experience after all. We could pay our driver directly (even though Viator had already charged us). I was now thinking that this was a scam. However, when I contacted Viator, I was told that everything was legit, and we would be receiving a refund. My frustration is the confusion that this transaction caused and the lack of communication and/or lack of the system updating information.

The transportation service was confirmed at the pier, as it was part of a shared service, and for that reason, we offered the option to take the tour by paying directly to the driver, allowing you to still enjoy the experience without disrupting your plans. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. We are reinforcing our internal procedures to ensure this type of situation does not occur again, maintaining our commitment to transparency and guest satisfaction.
Very hard to contact. And find your van for pickup. Did not no where to pickup van at. Had to walk to the end of where the van finally found us. My wife was in a wheelchair. We will never use this company again. Just very hard to find your driver. We do not speak much other languages other then English. Could not talk to the driver about anything.

You need to know that the driver NEVER communicated till after it was to late and we made other arrangements so we wouldn't miss our flight. The ship port is very big with 100s of transportation vehicles waiting for passengers. Our driver never told us where he would be. There 3 other couples with the same problem and the same company. A BIG WAIST OF $160.00

As mentioned, the port is very large and over 1,500 passengers disembark daily, which makes direct communication essential to locate each other easily. In this case, we have evidence showing that the messages were sent with the necessary information and follow-up; however, the platform does not allow us to upload that proof. We remind all passengers that the port offers free Wi-Fi access, which makes it easy to stay connected. If travelers do not connect to the internet or maintain communication, it becomes very difficult for our staff to provide the service properly. As a company, we always guarantee our service, but it is also important that passengers stay attentive and maintain communication as previously informed. We will continue improving every detail to ensure all our guests enjoy a pleasant and well-coordinated experience.

Easy pick up. Was waiting for us just outside of the baggage pick up door with a large visible sign with our name on it.
Perfect from start to finish. They communicated via WhatsApp the day prior to confirm. Pick up was on time, actually a little earlier and the driver was right outside the cruise terminal with their sign and my name. Couldn’t have been any easier. Drive was air conditioned, clean van and driver was excellent. Would highly recommend.
Smaller type van and kind of tight. Seat may fit two very small people comfortable. Our meet up was 9:00 and arrived at 9:00. Was told 10 minutes and to stand by the wall to wait. When I went back to ask why so long, the person said they were waiting for two more couples. We would wait till 10:00 AM and the bus would be there soon so more comfortable. It is very hot and humid. I can see waiting 20-30 minutes but not an hour. The people never showed so we waited for nothing.
