Gourmetmad, fritflydende drinks og levende underholdning afslutter denne enestående fejring. We went to the end of December. The tree is chosen especially for that occasion. Every year he looks for the cutest specimen and ae takes him to the center of the Rockefeller complex where he poses for photos until mid-January. At night it is illuminated with thousands of lights. Super photogenic. He's got the skating rink at his feet. P.S.: Faoz toy store is 10 meters away
The organization was very poor. We were picked up way too late at the meeting point. The party wasn't worth the money either. There was only one mediocre buffet. Far too expensive from the price. The only good thing was that we could stand relatively close to the tree. But is not recommended for the price.
It was very difficult to get to the meeting point at all-as no one was there to pick us up at the meeting point!
It’s not really an organized event. Nothing happened as promised. Total rip off. Never could get even to security so couldn’t get to event. Where’s the Viator representative to help? No one answered their phones while we stood in line 2 hours and 45 minutes. Total on your own with no help in huge crowds. Could never get to security and looked for Viator assistance the entire time!
Cant wait to do this again next time we are in New York for the Holiday Season. DEFINITLY WOULD RECCOMMEND to everyone visiting.

This event was so great, I wanted to gift the experience to my family for 2025, but unfortunately it’s already showing as unavailable for booking.
It was a great place to see the tree lighting. I just wish there was more seating as we had to eat at the bar. I also wish therewere more windows to watch it
It was the Worst Experience of my Life!! These tickets where purchased to celebrate our 32nd Wedding Anniversary!! We where denied access to the Event with our VIP pass after standing in line for over an hour and a half in 20 degree freezing weather!! Please issue a full refund immediately!! I am beyond mad and frustrated!!
