Denne prisvindende madtur er vores mest populære tur i Istanbul og er en hel dag med at spise, drikke og gå på tværs af to markeder to kontinenter, besøge et dusin eller flere små spisesteder og møde mange af ansigterne i køkkenerne.

Ruten for denne Istanbul-markedsturné trækker fra kulinariske Backstreets-best-of-lister i den europæiske sides Karaköy-kvarter og den asiatiske sides Kadıköy, bundet sammen af en Bosporus-krydsning.
Vi hopper med båden til Kadıköy på den asiatiske side og spiser os gennem kvarterets marked, som har den højeste koncentration af traditionelle madbutikker og spisesteder i byen.

Saw so much of Istanbul with this tour - and ate at so many local places. Highly recommend. Esin was great!

We had a fantastic food tour with Ibrahim beginning in Kadikoy and across to the Asia side with a Bosphorus ferry ride. We had stops for tea, coffee, breakfast, lunch, baklava, snacks, ice cream, desserts, and more. It was a gorgeous day and an opportunity to try many Turkish foods we wouldn’t have ordered on our own. A good deal of history as well. Many thanks to Ibrahim for rescheduling our emergency dental appointment and coordinating our Uber taxi.
This was one of the standouts of my time in Istanbul and an amazing introduction to the city, its history and its food scene. I did this on my second day in Istanbul and it was a great way to orient myself with the city and introduce me to such a variety of dishes I may not have otherwise tried. I highly recommend the two continents experience. I loved that they only do small groups (7 in our group) and Ibrahim is an excellent guide.

Ugur was a marvel.. what a great tour we had with him.. he was able to show us the hidden corners of Istanbul and a long list of return to places. Seeing the 'other' side of this amazing city - Kadikoy - was a real revelation with some of the best food we have ever had. A whole day of enjoyment that should not be missed
