Det er det ideelle sted i hjertet af vinmarkerne at tage uforglemmelige billeder af dig og dette betagende landskab. Vi besøger den første af de 2 familier af uafhængige producenter/avlere, som du vil opdage under din tur med forklaringer på champagnefremstillingsprocessen, besøg af presser, vingårde og kældre. Du vil der, under en kommenteret smagning, smage 3 forskellige GrandCru/Premier Cru Champagner*. *afhængigt af sæson og tilgængelighed, kan dette besøg/smagning finde sted i en landsby i "Côte des Blancs" eller i Aÿ-Champagne.
Under din opdagelsestur i "Côte des Blancs", vil vi gå gennem Cramant, som er en af de berømte landsbyer Grand cru beliggende syd for Epernay. Dette område i Champagne kaldes "Kongeriget Chardonnay Grand Cru". Vi vil også passere gennem andre berømte landsbyer som Chouilly og Avize, foran den største champagneflaskefabrik og nær det berømte "Chateau de Saran", den ultra private ejendom, hvor luksusgruppen LVMH (som ejer Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon) , Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Krug ...) modtager sine største kunder og VIP'er samt "Montaigu-stedet", der er dedikeret til champagnefremstillingen af Moët & Chandon.
Oger er en anden berømt Grand Cru landsby i "Côte des Blancs" med den berømte "Blanc de Blancs" 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru. Det er her, vi vil besøge en af de 2 familier af uafhængige producenter/dyrkere på turen med andre forklaringer på champagnefremstillingsprocessen, besøg i presser, vingårde og kældre. Du vil smage 3 100% Grand Cru Champagner med smagsråd for at opdage de forskellige "Blanc de Blancs" såsom naturlig Champagne uden dosering, ekstra brut, fra gamle vinstokke, årgang eller endda lagret på egetræsfade.
Vi krydser Epernay, hovedstaden i Champagne-vingården, "Avenue de Champagne", et must-see Champagne UNESCO World Heritage Site. Det regnes for "den dyreste Avenue i verden" med sine prestigefyldte champagnehuse, sine palæer og sine 100 kilometer kældre, som gemmer 200 millioner flasker. Outstanding, educational and fun tour.... we learned about the nomenclature, process, denominations, and history of champagne with a fun local guide. The two tastings offered novel small production vineyards with s broad array of different champagne. Highly recommend.

Really great experience on a private tour. Our guide Isabelle was really knowledgeable and shared her passion for the region with us as she took us around. Fantastic luck with Philippe! His local knowledge as well as champagne skills were really appreciated by everyone in the group as much as his mood. The hours just flew by and we might as well have continued all evening :) During the tour we stopped for tasting at Jean Milan and Voirin-Jumel. We also visited Dom Perignon church and finished on a hill where we enjoyed the view as well as Philippe's surprises in the form of Ratafia and other drinks.

We highly recommend this champagne tour. The host Marine was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The tour tells you everything you need to know about champagne and the region. The degustation was excellent and from small champagne producers, which is lovely. We got picked up from the hotel and driven back where we asked. It is totally worth doing. 🍾👍🏼😊
